This is a well managed subway branch in terms of hygiene but the artists don't seem to be well trained when it comes to preparing your sandwich! The repeatedly try to put fewer pieces of meat and veggies. For example, they try to put only 7 meatballs in a footlong rather than the standard 8 meat balls. They deliberately try to take away from your sandwich for whatever reason they might have! I have also made an observation where they try to cut a foot long in half where it is not evenly split more like 8" to 4" and then they keep the 8" for their lunch and dinner breaks and give the smaller "so called 6inch sandwich" to customers! Next time I will make sure to take a picture of 7 meatballs in a footlong!

Food is good, fresh, and tasty—of course, it's subway.But the service is really bad. Last Thursday, I had these two female employees (assumingly middle east asians) and I had the worst experience here. The first employee had drowsy eyes/voice and impatience, which I felt very disrespected. The second person was better, but still didn't listen to my order carefully.Overall I encourage them to smile. When they were serving me and a customer behind me, they had the same, disrespectful attitude. If this occured just once, I'll get over it, but this is repeated every time I go here.I still gave them 15% tip.If you're the owner, please improve this matter.

Worst customer service, rude and interrupted me several times. Very cheap with ingredients only put like 2 pieces of green pepper on my sub. Also barely 50% of the Avocado scoop was full. No wonder subway almost went bankrupt. Not worth your money.

Last couple times I wear to this subway they stopped carrying Turkey meat. Also what really made me angry was I ordered one foot long roast beef sandwich and one foot long vegetable and when I asked for them to go into two separate bags the girl wanted to charge me for the extra paper bag. Worst Subway- don’t go here.

They do not use gloves. the person making my sandwich had her nose out of her mask. the mask was only covering the mouth, but her nose was out of the mask. and she did not have gloves on!!!

Wonderful service and staff at this location. They truly care about their customers and jobs. It's nice that they are open late too.

I love this subway! They always go above and beyond for me. I’m currently pregnant and I ordered from Uber eats putting in a special request to keep my meat separate from the sandwich so I can heat up the meat once it was delivered at home. They did that for me and gave me a free cookie to congratulate me. I’ve only had great service from them and they always make my subs correct. Thanks subway team!

I was extremely disappointed on how unsanitary this location was. This place needed a thorough inspection, which should result in closure.Worst management I have seen in years.

I typically order during night hours 11pm to 3am as they are the only place open really. I dont normally leave critical reviews but I have been repeatedly dissatisfied with the service even though I dont complain in the restaurant. I am writing this in the hopes a manager or owner will see it and improve service.-You make an online/app order for specific pickup time in 15-30 mins, you arrive and they have not even made it yet-They keep forgetting key ingredients (bacon) on simple breakfast sandwiches and have to be reminded to add bacon-The oven was not working one of the 6 times i came in last month and they had to microwave the food. online doesnt tell you this so you get to show up and find the toaster oven is broken instead of them alerting you online.-The staff is very kind and nice, but the one time i ordered coffee it was clear it had been sitting there for hours, it was cold out of the coffee karafe, tasted bad obviously, and was not full as they ran out.-They got rid of honey and oat bread at (at all subways I guess?) which was my favorite and they only have 3 options (italian white / multigrain / herbs and cheese) where as they used to have like 5 or 6 options-Online/mobile ordering usually results in delayed and slower service, somehow!! Might as well just show up and order but I wouldnt get reward points in their app!I hope they read this and fix the issues as I like their nightime service apart from the numerous glaring issues. Daytime service is much more reliable.
