My cousin and I came into this subway Jun 27 around 12:30-1:00 am. Glad this location is open 24/7! I sadly forgot the name of the staff who was working, but this man deserves a raise! He was super friendly and our sandwich was delicious.
Worst location to order ever. I order from here quite often as I work nearby and I never had issues but yesterday I found a hair in one half of my sub. I called the restaurant the next day and they apologized and offered to make my sub again but when I went to get it in person, the girl working at 3:20 pm on june 04 insulted me and was raising her eyebrows to make me feel even more embarrassed and said she won’t make it.YOU LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER!
I always come here late at night and the staff are always super nice, fresh food. Subways finest artists ???
Ordered pickup thru app, picked up the food and came back home.After 30 minutes, I realized one of the sandwich was not what I ordered. It was a chicken griller, tried it, pretty good. But I think would've enjoyed the mustard ham cheddar griller.
I ordered through Uber rates so I did not do in person but I had asked for extra pickles and whatever they thought double that. I don't know if this was the reason I received 1 pickle on the entire sandwich but honestly if they are playing a joke or what but it's really disappointing as I still paid the sandwich, cookies and a drink. They need to ensure quality they are sending out. Also not sure if this is a coincidence but I tried to call the store, call dropped and then a fax line when I called back.
This location is severely understaffed. I tried to get a sandwich and it took 38 minutes because the restaurant couldn't keep up with the Uber orders. I don't doubt people got cold food tonight. Do not recommend

One thing about Subway that I enjoy is its consistency - one is quite sure of a healthy meal at a decent price. This one is in a bit of an obscure location, just a little east of Lonsdale, so easy to miss if walking/biking the hill. Worth finding.
Worst wrap and service ever, ordered a large Chicken Caesar Wrap and end up eating a salad on tortilla bread as they were not able to make into a wrap (that’s the reason I always order very few vegetable so they can wrap it nicely) had 2 slices of cheese which wasn’t even melted, wrap wasn’t even grilled properly. Wrap has 2 parts one was only chicken and other side was only vegetables.
