Strong's Market has one of the best floral shops in the city. We always come here for amazing flower arrangements for any occasion.This time around was a graduation for a family friend. The florist, Sophie, put together an amazing bouquet that has been getting compliments on the way to the event!While you wait for your order to be made, you can also take a moment to enjoy a nice latte at the Cafe Artigiano.
I come here for lunch sometimes and a few things have gotten worse while getting more expensive. I used to love the egg salad but now it isnt very good. The chocolate muffins used to be my absolute favourite but I had one today and it was super disappointing. I dont know what's changed recently but the quality has gone down with quite a few things.

Really good quality.Food for lunch are amazing but $$$.. I bougth a cheese cake for a birthday party (it was delicious).They have very pretty things and good quality but is true is expensive.
Milk 10 days past the best before date still on the shelf.My bad for not checking before buying, your bad for not checking as well. Who is responsible for the dairy section? One or two days is understandable, but 10 is more than a week.
Started shopping at Stongs cuz I moved to the area and I've been pleasantly surprised by how friendly the staff are - it's very unlike a typical grocery store. I love the emphasis Stongs puts on selling local products and the little fridge that was left out over Christmas so staff could have a couple of days off without people being unable to grab last minute items. The one thing that's really hammered home my love of Stongs are the little labels that identify gluten and dairy free foods. I'm not sure if this was implemented during COVID so people don't need to pick up items and read labels or has always existed, but I'm undergoing some medical testing and on a strict diet and these labels have made shopping infinitely easier. It's so appreciated.
Slightly high prices, but nice selection of products and very clean and tidy despite being quite crowded at 1pm.Although google lists them as masks required for staff, which is not true. The employee who helped me at the deli, and one of the management staff at check out were not wearing them. (I was still comfortable, they we’re both very clean and polite.)
I should give 1 star but I appreciate the the quality of the foods not so happy with hygiene of staff.found hair in the packaged marinated meats and black animal hair in between the sliced deli ham. These are prepared by staff.I’ll be contacting customer service.

I was surprised to see the store changed a lot since my last visit. I like it a lot better now than before as the produce area has a lot more choices and the veggies are much more fresh looking. The other areas are also reflected these changes. I will switch to buy from Stong's instead of Wholefood from now on. Also the pricing is more reasonable and I like the reward points.
