Staff at the Starbucks inside Safeway does not seem to know how to make their own drinks. Always missing something. Not friendly either. They seem to not want to be there.
Convenient location if you're in the plaza shopping.\\nLocated inside Safeway.\\n\\nLong wait time and line ups. Inexperienced staff.\\n\\nFree parking!
Store hours are till 7pm but they start rejecting customers at 6:45.
one time the milk was so bad I could taste it in my vanilla latte.\\nAnd today when I asked the staff to put a lid on my coffee, because I am not able to do it, she refused. Later, an other staff told me that, he is going to bring it for me, he ignored me while passing by. I ended to pay $10.40 and go empty hand.
was shopping while a friend wanted to get a coffee that been getting everyday for 6 years, just shocked that the barista gave the wrong coffee twice within 10 minutes and started arguing with customer who been getting drinks for 6 YEARS, lol. A bunch of other customers and the manager got in his face out of nowhere and , for a starbucks or any retails, that is not normal, how hard is to make the right coffee, but to argue and get in the face of a customer who enjoy coffee, I'm still confused, best go somewhere else.
Awesome staff! They are always friendly and never have they gotten a drink wrong. They even take special orders without a problem!
Good drinks , normal service , nothing fancy.
I've ordered coffee and other drinks from here before and to be honest it never tastes as good as other locations....not sure why. Like the coffee always tastes watery to me compared to other locations. But they are always fast so that's good!
This place was not open at 6 am. that is all. mind you, it was BC Day long weekend.
Love that this Starbucks was open during Covid. Great staff and service. We are lucky to have such a good Starbucks close to home !
