Great location, WiFi is often very slow due to so many people jumping on- wish it was more reliable service. In a nice plaza with parking that can fill up (people park there to catch bus ? to Vancouver)

Inappropriate, I ordered two drinks and meals for my wife and I and I don’t appreciate little hearts and nonsense on my order.It’s not appropriate to do so, should just leave peoples names as is, as I don’t have a heart on my birth certificate ??♂️
Has a lot of parking space , staffs is friendly . Doesn’t have many seat but understand this way to keep it comfortable
Been to this branch three times.?♀️ The staff is most of the time welcome and friendly.❗️ In terms of cleanliness, sometimes looks a little dirty around the corners and is not as clean as newer and more famous branches.✅ There is a common problem in some branches as your coffee is burned sometimes. I’ve talked to the staff and they think its because of the age of their coffee machines or the frequency of orders. For example, my Pumpkin Spice Latte tasted burnt like some other branches.Recommendations:* Cinnamon Dolce Latte (3 pumps syrup for Venti size)** Pumpkin Spice Latte (3 pumps syrup for Venti size)*** Blonde Vanilla Latte (replace milk with oat milk, 3 pumps syrup for Venti size)Enjoy!?
I mess up with my order and I order a Frappuccino instead of a hot beverage. Mohammed the server when I ask him if he could change it he said very rudely “and what do you want me to do about it” I was really shocked with this response. Thankfully Alex (I don’t know if he was the manager or other nicely server) came and said to me that of course he could change it for a hot one. They should be careful with the rude people that they hire. Starbucks it’s all about customer service and they should focus in that always.
Mobile orders are useless here. They just pile them behind the counter. You can't see the names. You only get your order if you push to the front of everyone waiting and yell your name at them. It would be faster to go in and order.
Came in on a Sunday mid-afternoon. I guess we timed it well because it wasn’t very busy and we lucked out in getting a table. The line up to order could have gone a lot quicker if the employees were paying attention to the customers. There was a lot of chatter between the 2 female employees. When it came to my turn to order, I had to wait for them to finish their joke and conversation before they took my order. Little annoyed.
Great store. Scary parking lot. Very kind quick service even during a busy time.
