It's wasting time, I ordered dragon drink, and all the stuff just forget my order, I wait for 30 minutes and nothing happen, at the end I just ask them to put or give the money of my order to donation. Is not friendly stuff, I hope no more Starbucks in this area.
When the temperature outside is 13 degree, you NEED TO MAKE SURE THE ROOM IS WARM ENOUGH. There was a fan above any sits to make sure the temperature is even colder. Are you doing that on purpose so that people leave?! The cold temperature absolutely ruined my experience and I will not visit again until I can sit there in warm and enjoy my cup of coffee
Going almost everyday, and everyday I pay for Chai tea latte and White chocolate mocha. They really need training because they don’t know how to make both of these drinks they just give me warmed milk everyday……………pleaseeee improve your service please please. Because I love starbucks And I always need drink before my work??
Asked for latte,but just received a cup of warm milk with light brown color!!
Was so tired and having a bad day. Went into 17th and Lonsdale Starbucks and was greeted by a warm welcome from Derek and Hailley! They brightened my day and seemed like such amazing people. I truly don't know how Starbucks gets so lucky with the people they hire. Starbucks 17th is the best. And ever since that one bad day i have been going to Starbucks 17th and Lonsdale for 7 years.

This place is amazing, I love this Starbucks, staff is the best and Vlad is extremely helpful. Derek, Graham, Sophia, and Riley are also exceptional baristas. Occasionally, you may hear groaning from the staff room, very interesting, I like it.
Came here and everyone was named vlad. Love this place tho, full of fun surprises!!
Service here is lacking. Management aren’t pleasant to deal with.
I am starbucks person. Coffee taste is always good same as usual. Partners are helpful and kind.
