June 1st. 2022. I stopped off to buy a coffee. The shift supervisor is NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! East Indian man VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. That restaurant must have been either dumb or very desperate to put him in a mature position. McDonalds wouldn’t hire you!!!
I see great customer service at Starbucks( I mean generally). But reasons for writing this experience was because I receive AAaA level of customer service.I ordered coffee with no foam. This is what I always ask and normally the barista doesn’t care that much and still I get some foam. Today, I see another level of customer service. When I did put my order I saw these coffee lovers staff gave me exactly what I want. The cashier was super friendly and asked me to make sure whether I got what I want. If I remember correctly her name was ARINA. There is a JJBean across street but I highly recommend this place.
I’ve watched one of the shift supervisors Cyrus be absolutely rude to the baristas he’s supposed to be taking care of. Yelling and saying they are doing things wrong is not the way you’re supposed to handle employees especially when you’re on another level as them. He dumped a coffee he told a new hire was made wrong on the counter and said that SHE has to clean it up!!! Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Never going back to this location and I thought Starbucks handled who is promoted a little more seriously. What a joke.
I love no line for my coffee! Grabbed a iced caramel machiato to go shopping . The barristas was fast ,friendly and made drink to perfection. This is my favorite location
Worst SBX anywhere ???Attention Starbucks Management - please renovate this location and fire all the staff. They are so miserable and horrible here. I’ve heard the short white male manager berate team members. No one here seems happy.Wow…I hate this location!I’m going to JJB next time.

Always friendly and quick with making drinks (the tall british guy is especially fast). Love the vibes there.
Im not really happy with my order today.... drinks are not full,its more than half of the cup only....and my order is not correct and its missing some of my adds on.... very very dsissapointed...will not order again
Whoever the young man is with the dyed hair and accent working on October 29th, 2021 needs a serious attitude adjustment. He was incredibly rude to multiple patrons. Starbucks prides themselves on their friendly barriers culture. This person does not fit the bill.
