Asked for the PINK [strawberry coconut] drink but without the freeze dried strawberries and I got a watered down, white drink [way too much coconut milk put in]. I asked the blonde barista if she could redo it since I've ordered this exact drink a million times before and it was evident by taste and appearance that the proportions were wrong. She had the audacity to tell me that its the freeze dried strawberries that make the drink pink and that she can redo it but it will be the same thing. Starbucks, please teach her how to make the recipe properly. LOL. Super annoyed.
Ordered a venti iced drink that cost nearly $7. The drink was made wrong and it looked more white than pink. When I asked if there was a mistake in my order the blonde barista was short with me and told me "I can remake it but it will be exactly the same." I've had this drink for years and have never had one made so horribly. I paid money to just throw it in the garbage.
This is the best Starbucks in Lynn Valley,North Vancouver. Friendly, kind, professional and caring employees. I love this branch. Thank you so much to all of you. Will visit you soon again.
Went at 6 am . Staff waiting for key which was being picked up. They arrived at 6:40. Then told it would be at least 7:30 before they opened. Freezing outside so I went to McDonald's. Staff very cold and nice to regulars but service is awful. Do not even ask if you want milk. Delaney's much better.
The staff are so friendly and know me by name. I’ve changed up my drinks recently but they used to know my typical drink by heart! Such a lovely bunch! Nice store !
My daughter came into the store to purchase a drink while I shopped in the mall and when I came back to pick her up, she was in tears outside because the black haired girl working at the register had told her that she needs to order and she needs to hurry up. I can’t believe someone would speak to an 11 year old this way. Management needs to reign in their staff members. Won’t be returning soon!
The employee who helped me (Chiara) was very short with me, rolled her eyes when I asked a question about milk alternatives and was overall extremely unpleasant. My drink was made wrong because she didn't listen to what I was asking and ended up inputing it with cows milk which I am extremely intolerant to, which I made very clear at the till. The only reason this review isn't a one star is the lovely employees (Leif and Melanie, I believe) who were apologetic and KIND. They remade my drink correctly without a second thought which was greatly appreciated. I have been to this location many times and this was the WORST treatment I've gotten especially considering there were only 2 customers in the coffee shop and wasn't busy. Super disappointed..
I either go to Starbucks too much or the staff is exceptionally good and placing masked faces to orders. Either way, I am greeted like Norm in an episode of Cheers.
The baristas got our order wrong. Everything took longer than usual. Normally, I enjoy most drinks at Starbucks but the creme brulee latte tasted bitter and watery. This feels like a hiring and management issue. The location should be ideal with a fantastic patio. We are big Starbucks drinkers. This was an all time low in our experience. I would opt for the SB at Park and Tilford or Northwoods.
Great place! Coffee was good, staff was really friendly and pleasant to deal with, specifically one staff member in particular. I think her name was Cheryl? No complaints here, will definitely be back when I'm in the area.
