What a find!!! Stumbled across this local gem on our way back to nearby hotel. Cassandra provided great service & explanations of menu items (our first visit). Huge menu including Family style options. I started with Berry Smash cocktail, couldn't detect any rum or mint but definitely got a little buzz. We sat outside in the perfect weather & the smoker smell inside & out was divine! Hubby ordered brisket sandwich and I had pulled pork. The fries (seasoned) came out a little late but were fantastic and very very hot! Our sandwiches were outstanding... perfect smoke & bark & great flavor. We first had some trouble finding parking but circled around & found space on side street. Hoping we get to go back before we leave town...YUM!!!
Came for dinner on a weekend evening; had the sliders and sweet tea cocktail - both very good. also tried the brisket sandwich which was good but there was too much bbq sauce for me. great vibe though, seemed like a nice patio and polite service too.
Felt like something heavy after doing the grouse grind and decided to come here. Tried out their signature brisket but wasn't too impressed by it. Not juicy as I thought it'd be. Really loved the pulled pork sliders though that saved me from giving a lower star. Attentive staff.
Great food and the owner was super friendly and helpful! Even making the mac and cheese vegetarian at a BBQ restaurant :)
Happened across this place by chance and what a find. Food is amazing, tasty and plentiful. Staff were so friendly and chatty. We ate the beef brisket and the Louisiana jambalaya. The brisket was beautiful and tender with plenty of tasty sides. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stop off here.
BBQ was good- the pulled pork and brisket were moist and flavourful. Good fries. Cornbread was a bit dry and too crumbly for my taste….so disappointed with the serving size. 45$ for this? The menu said it was for 2 people and we got one serving of the sides…maybe more value if my husband and I got our own meals? It’s literally coleslaw, cornbread and fries and they couldn’t include two servings for a meal they said serves two people?The fries are underneath the TWO SLICES of brisket. wouldn’t have paid 45$ for this amount of food, nor that great for value— AND they charged a 1$ extra to order online for pickup from their website…?
Came here during van dine out. Soup, meat tasting platter, mac n cheese and the drinks were all fantastic. Salad and dessert were a complete afterthought to fill the set menu and didn't taste good at all. Service was somewhat slow as our server was very interested in the sports game on tv.
Came here with friends for dine out. The servers were all extremely friendly and checked up on us frequently. The bbq platter was overall very good, except maybe beef brisket was a bit on the dry side. Ribs though, they were really good, so was the chicken. Would definitely visit again!
BBQ platter was delicious! Authentic smoked BBQ. Had the brisket, rips, and pulled pork and all tasted great. Service was accommodating and friendly. Would come back and recommend.
The place was clean, they follow covid rules, the staff were super friendly. The food it was good, but the BBQ Ribs can be better, the por belly was amazing. The corn bread need a little bit more flavor.The decor of the restaurant is amazing.The price I think is good.I give a 4 only because in my perspective they need more flavor.
