Exceptional company to deal with. Prompt delivery (reasonable charge). Outstanding food (we had the pulled pork and BBQ chicken) Ample portions. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Smoke and Bones for your catering needs! Everyone at our wedding raved about how delicious the food was and all of our friends repeatedly asked throughout the night where the food was from. So many of our guests are planning on booking Smoke and Bones catering at their future events. If you are hosting a large important event I cannot give my recommendation to choose Smoke and Bones for your catering needs. I had an unfortunate experience with them during my pre-wedding BBQ I held this past summer for 90+ guests.The driver delivering our food only brought half the order. He realized this before arriving, but came anyhow and said he would return to the restaurant to get the other half. I didn't want my guests, most who had traveled to Vancouver from out of province, to think that we were hosting them with a very small portion of food, so I asked if he could return to the restaurant and bring everything back all at once. It was an embarrassing delay of 1 hour and 45 minutes until he returned with the full order of food just as the sun was starting to set. They say nothing goes all to plan for your wedding so I shrugged this off. I also understand that mistakes happen. I was mostly disappointed, however, that my calls to the restaurant during this delay asking to speak with management were never returned, and neither was my follow up email.I was excited to try Smoke and Bones as I had heard the food was amazing, but I won't be supporting their business again after being ignored by management. Save yourself frustration and stress and choose a more reliable and professional caterer.
