Small restaurant but amazing staff and food! Dropped by after kayaking. I ordered the lunch special with ramen. Picked Tonkotsu Ramen with Chicken Karaage and my friend picked miso ramen and gyozo.Love the Tonkotsu Ramen has nice flavour but not oily, Karaage was crispy and juice. Would love to visit again next time!
Came tonight on a whim. Great service and the food is excellent. Will come back again soon. We were fortunate and got a table while it was quiet. Didn’t stay quiet for long. Very popular spot!
This is a true hidden gem. So amazing. The portions are generous and the sashimi is very fresh. Staff are awesome. I highly recommend
Sapporo KitchenIf you like Japanese food, this hidden gem is found in Deep Cove. It has a nice ambience & it’s cosy. They can only fit 12 people maximum so come here early. There are 2 tables x 2 people, 1 table x 4 or 1 -4 can sit at a bar style table by the window. If there’s no seats, do a takeout and head to Cates Park nearby. They offer the usual sushi, ramen or lunch specials (from 12 - 3 pm). It’s all fresh especially the sushi and tasty. We ordered the fan favourite and ramen combo. All were filling.Located in a shopping plaza, there’s plenty of free parking. The service was great. A great place for lunch from 12 - 3 pm (7 days) and from 4-8 pm for dinner (Sunday - Thursday) & Fridays 4-8:30 pm.
Great little sushi joint if you’re in the Deep Cove area or visiting Cates Park nearby. Call ahead if you intend dining in as it is a small restaurant with only a few tables (only one table for 4) and a couple bar seats. They also have a small patio during summer.Tasty sushi with lots of interesting options. We tried the “Stay for the Oahu” combo which is a large set giving a sampling of salads, tempura and oshi sushi and nigiri. Rolls were equally creative, we tried Toroll which had Tuna Toro aburi on top of a dynamite. Tempura and their typhoon karaage were equally delicious.Super friendly staff too!
Great service with delicious food, special rolls are new to me. Ramen was surprisingly good
Absolutely love this place! The staff are always so sweet, they wrote a little message on the takeout bag (which my cat loved). Some of the best sushi around for a reasonable price! Their lunch wombo combos are such insane deals. My go to sushi place.
Premium quality sushi! best in North Vancouver. I’m personally very picky about sushi and this place has not disappointed me at all.. I am regular here now!
Their food is truly Japanese style and delicious. Especially, their waitress always has a pretty heartwarming smile and very child friendly. Their combos are rich, enough for a man to feel full, and delicious of course. Highly recommended!
What an experience! It is a small and cosy Japanese restaurant near Deep Cove. The food is so food that you can feel the passion from the chef. The tempura was so fresh and crispy. Ramen was so yummy! Very good service by Lee. I'm so glad to have such a nice restaurant in the neighborhood.
