I have been buying their breads for almost 4 years when a pane cost less than $3.00 each. All these time we enjoyed good quality bread at reasonable price. This year we experienced two prince hike of $.50 each time and now the price of a pane is $3.99. I understand and accept the price hike as inflation and Covid justify it. However, the quality has gone down the hill which is not acceptable. The bread has now too much rising agent, the ingredients have changed drastically and most of the time it is too thin in the middle and quite thick around the edges. The taste is totally off the original bread that we knew. I understand, it is artisan bread. But this drastic change in taste and bake is not acceptable. It seems that the focus is on the bottom line rather product quality and consumer satisfaction. As a person in food processing business, I have seen this short sightedness few times and the eventual fall of the business due to it. Please improve your quality before losing your market share in the tough business of Artisan Bread.

My boyfriend and I always love to come here for their whole wheat flatbread and jalapeño hummus (very addicting!). Everything always tastes fresh and the staff is very friendly. Will definitely recommend to our family and friends. The cream puffs are also delicious!

It used to be one of the greatest bakery not only in North Vancouver, but in lower Manland.I drive every other day from Downtown Vancouver to North shore to get a fresh rounded whole grain bread, but the quality of them have been decreased unfortunately.Although their taste and quality of baking are still great, they are by far thinner compared to the previous ones.I hope the manager consider the quality of their products.

I real Persian supermarket. I really likes it. They bake a fantastic bread (Barbari) which is unique in Vancouver. They also have sweet, grocery and dairy products. I highly recommend it.

I am a long time customer. They have one of the best Persian bread in BC. They always have fresh crunchy delicious mouthwatering bread available.Highly recommended, it never lets you down.I wish they had more branches.Location of convenient and store is clean. Staff are friendlyIdeas to improve:- They are popular and I can imagine they are running out of specific types of bread. It happened to me couple of times that they do not have whole wheat plain.- They recently increased the price to $3.50. It used to be some discount when you buy more.

Heavy line up! Does not take any other so you as customer can save/ manage your time !!! This is the only place in the VGA that bakes Barbari, otherwise, I would definitely suggest the other!!!I live far away and always have to explain to staff that I have to order and make sure there is any bread then drive for 45 minutes to pick it. So annoying that sometimes they don't care!

The best whole wheat persian bread called "barbari" in best quality you can fine here.Tasty chèeses and lots of yogurt are found here.Reserved parking locations are available. Its price is reasonable.Do not miss the opportunity to taste most delicious persian bread.

The BEST Barbary (Iranian traditional bread) you find in Vancouver, so far!Even in Tehran, I didn't experience this taste!Fantastic!

This morning I bought Tuscany yogurtIt was Rotten ! The tomatoes and parsley was spoiled. very careful as their fresh products doesn’t have expiry date as their Hamburger bread package as well they are not fresh !

The best Barbari in Vancouver. Thanks for your great quality?
