I brought my Mom there to show her about our beautiful culture and delicious food but unfortunately food served to us cold.Even part of my mom bread was frozen which was not acceptable.When I told the server about our food being cold, He said he will put it in Microwave.I thought this restaurant is good but I do not recommend to anyone.Sorry I’m not sorryCustomers don’t pay high price for food in this country to receive low quality and low service.And also the server is not a nice server and have inappropriate behaviour because after he saw my review he was waving his head on me and looking at me in the weirdest way possible.I am still here and if he try to act the way he did I will ask for manager that’s for sure.
Had lunch today. Food was nicely presented however it lacked flavour and taste. Service was something to desire for. Total lack of hospitality and customer care no greetings, server created a very bad vibe. Definitely needs to be trained on how to be nice and welcoming and to provide outstanding service. Not once came to our table to ask how are food was. Brought appetizer and main food at same time!! I would not recommend this place just on the bases of its service (lack of it). There are many other fine persian restaurants to enjoy so they better up their games when it comes to customer service.
We had a pleasant experience at this place and found staff very kind and welcoming. As large group we sit in middle row for long time and we never got a look or a face from any of staff.While I would not give 5star to the food, it was just okay. I liked that they offer half rice half salad option. Koobide Kebab was fine, (but not great) and Kebab Torsh was not good at all.Atmosphere is good and place is clean.Portions are good but prices were a little high compared to quality.
It's my first time to Rumi House The atmosphere in the restaurant is very nice. Friendly staff. I ordered the boneless chicken kebab and it was delicious. The meat was tender. My friend ordered the popular Soltani kebab (1 skewer top sirloin steak & 1 skewer of ground beef). The portion is huge and the food is excellent! ?
One my favorite Persian restaurants. Continues to be the best. Anything you order is incredible.
A few days ago, we went Rumi restaurant for lunch. Quality was beyond my expectations way better than our previous visit. Fahimeh served our meal. She was very nice, polite and fast. We were totally happy with the service, price, and quality of food. Highly recommended to all nationality.
Koobideh was good. Shishlik was ok. Mirzaghasemi was fridge cold but they kindly returned it. Quite place and relaxing music.
The food here was amazing. Their koobideh is so fluffy and flavorful and their rice is nicely cooked and buttery. We love the sit down here as the atmosphere is always very pleasant and kept clean. It’s a great place to sit down and enjoy some food with friends and family. My only comment is that their prices on their online menu is outdated and does not reflect the actual price of their food. Please update! Overall however, this restaurant is great and I recommend!
The portions are good. Food was very blend for me. I belive the loghme kabab was too spicy, and too salty. The barg was flavorless. I felt as if it was cooked in the oven as oppose to BBQ. The rice was sticky and not what I would expect from a persian restaurant. Overall I don't think I will be back since the experience didn't give me the satisfaction that I was looking for.
Pros: Nice atmosphere and decorCons: Food. Chicken was juicy, but missing the saffron flavour.Mirzaghasemi was disappointingly bland and lacked garlic and smokiness.Probably won’t come back for the food
