Today I ordered by phone Pineapple fried rice, the carrot is still so hard and there is no taste on the food. The lady who works there today misspelled my name even I have spelled it each letters for her ( well that is not a big deal). But when I went there for pick up, she looked grumpy, not even a smile or a thanks out from her mouth, nothing. ( the worst customer service ever!) . I won't order there anymore.

One of my favourite spots to eat on Lonsdale. It’s a great value for very decent food. The portions are very big and there are lots of gluten free options.

I like that they offer 10 levels if spicy for you to pick and the food is as spicy as my expectation. The pad Thai was tasty but the portion is quite small. Laksa soup is good as well but I would prefer it to not have carrot and broccoli. Overall, 3.5/5 for the food.

I’ve only tried the coconut soup so far which is really good and a really good price. I will admit I skipped the protein because I tried the protein st robson location and it was nasty but could be just there? They offer water also which is nice. Quality cutlery too. They can certainly benefit from having a cleaner and better smelling and more pleasant eating area. this location the spicy level is actually really spicy, more so than robson so keep in mind while choosing spicyness.

This place is okay. If you're ordering delivery, they don't let you make any adjustments to the meals, so it can end up being being limited (if you're allergic to eggs, for example). Last night, I wanted something warming, so I ordered the Laksa. Upon eating it, I found a sticker IN my food. Not at all impressed- please put more care into delivery orders.

I am very picky about pad Thai because I’ve had the real deal in Thailand- I ordered it expecting it to be meh, but it really surprised me- it was freaking delicious! The sauce was perfect and just so tasty! Be careful with spice though- it’s no joke I got a level 4 and it was pretty spicy for me and I like spicy food! I will be back for sure.

A surreal experience. A party of 8 of us 'dined' here. 4 adults, 4 kids. This is effectively a food court experience, it's wrong to call this a restaurant. Prepay, get your own cutlery. You should know meals may be ordered 1-10 on a scale of spiciness. 2 of the kids had their meal ordered 2 out of 10, apparently this was 'mild'. They could not eat their meals because things were too spicy. The other 2 kids were ordered 0/10 and were fine, though their smaller tummies couldn't fit it all in. Generally, the portions are bigger here. The 4 out of 10 green curry for my wife was surprisingly spicy in her words, and she said she didn't enjoy the meal because of how spicy it was. The other wife ate perhaps 10% of her meal, thinking it was too spicy also. The two dads, of which I am one, aspire to be real men one day and so both ordered laksas, his 5/10 and mine 7/10. I didn't consider my meal spicy enough to rate 7/10, we definitely weren't switched because of the color. We were the only two to finish our meals. Wife said there was loud music in the kitchen making it difficult to verbally order the meals at the kiosk - no waiter will take your order. Metal soup spoons, with plastic cutlery otherwise rounded this experience off as just odd.

This place is a fast food style establishment with the menu carrying simplified(westernized) basic versions of some famous asian dishes. It's quick, cheap and very filling. The staff are polite and very very hardworking. The kitchen is a bit dirty and God knows this place has given my stomach the runs a few times but you live and you learn.A very average place that you can rely on in your time of hunger.

Craving laksa... not from around here. Found this place and it was very good. Order at the counter place...but not fastfood quality. Super quick service. Lunch was in front of me in under 5mins. Huge portion!! Filled my craving and not dissapointed.

I always order from here and really love it! Although the last couple times I have ordered green curry with a 2 out of 10 spice level and it is crazy spicy!? I would have thought it would be more mild at this level.
