Delicious and great value for events!We have had their deli items for hosting friends and weeknight dinners, a pickup order for a micro wedding and a catered event with staff and a pizza oven.All the food is delicious and fresh. The staff are so accommodating and take care of everything for you. The guests loved them, the food is fabulous and they left no trace. Definitely a hidden gem for events!
Unquestionably the best Italian deli in all of North and West Van.The rumors are true, this place is amazing. There are many hard to find items here for your pasta needs. For starters, I don't know anywhere else in the area that has guanciale. This place has it. Their panini sandwiches are all incredible. There's a good reason why this place beats the well known Galleria in Edgemont for the best sandwich on the 'shore.The staff here are very knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. The store is lovingly taken care of, well lit and very well maintained. At any given time there's plenty of people inside shopping for a good reason. There's so many specialty items in this shop that I've been here many times and am still discovering new things I've never seen before.If you wanna step up your pasta game to the next level, and you live in west van or here in North Van, you need to come check this place out. It'll be worth the trip!
Super great selection and love being surrounded my all things Italian , however when paying I had a few items in hand from a previous store- the female manager (I think) there noticed my groceries and told me that when I need tomatoes and pasta “you should buy them there, we have better ones” and I was a bit shocked- these are my favourite Italian tomatoes and GF pasta to get, and I told her I really like this one I’m okay thank you and she gave me another “try ours they’re better” felt quite rude and gross hard selling- and I left feeling kind of off from her unnecessary and rude commentary
A great place for foodies. Tiny shop stocked with a wide selection of European pantry goods, snacks, drinks. Huge deli selection with meats, cheeses, and olives. Enjoyed two paninis- Casanova and Spicy Italian ($10 CAD). Mmm… along with a hot chocolate with the option to use oat milk. Friendly service.Just a couple of miles/few meters from Capilano Suspension Bridge in the North Vancouver area.
A fantastic neigbourhood shop! Lino and family/team always greet everyone with a genuine smile and there's a wonderful sense of community...that's before you even get to all of the delicious products. Everything is of the highest quality - it's my go-to for deli goods, catered charcuteries, and special gifts.
I ordered 20 paninis for a staff lunch at the hospital, and they were ready at the exact time I needed them. The staff were awesome and helped me to my car. This place must be a hit, the folks at the hospital specifically requested their paninis! Thanks Puccini’s :)

Absolute favourite deli, we love the great selection, quality meats/cheeses, and delicious dips! They always give the BEST recommendations to try something new too. Despite line-ups on the weekend/holidays due to popularity, service is still fast, efficient, helpful, and friendly! They work hard to keep lines down. You can tell that they make sure they are well-staffed for these busy times and I appreciate that so much! Not many small businesses do this. We did a large haul for charcuterie right before Christmas and it was really busy (as expected), we got a young guy helping us (sorry missed his name), he was so friendly and helpful, introduced us to a few new items (now huge fans of monk!!), all while working so fast and under pressure! I’m still impressed thinking back to that. Highly recommend the hummus, tzatziki dip, Black Forest ham, and monk! Thanks Puccini’s!! Always a highlight of our week visiting you.
The sandwiches were so amazing, I got 2. I ordered a coffee while I waited for my sandwich and they hand delivered it to me while I was browsing pasta in the isle. It even came with a lemon cookie. What a treat! Exceptional service. Highly recommend!
