pizzas are undercooked most the time and now you can no longer get pineapple on your pizza at this location. zero quality control , look like ill be goin to there competition (dominos, panago )

Terrible, Lynn Valley Pizza Hut doesn't care about there Customers, and the quality of there Pizza. They Don't even give You a full refund. Just credit. Pizza Hut Lynn Valley you should be ashamed of yourself for selling this garbage!!!!
Ordered a Panormous Vegetarian Pizza from this location a few weeks ago, one side had cheese, the other had barely any cheese, and I was charged for extra cheese. Ordered another Panormous tonight, added and paid for extra cheese, but was not given extra cheese. Usually this location is great, but the last two times I’ve ordered it’s been average if not below average.

Worst restaurant I ever ordered from and would give less then 0 if I could. Do not order pizza here as they are un professional and liars and not sure how the franchise is still operating. I have had credits/promotions many times for free pizza and whenever I order online then the pizza will not come and the credit will be used and if you contact and let them know then they do nothing about it and will ignore your issues as well as your calls. Gave 9 months for issues I complained about which were very easy to resolve and they do not care and still have not got my credits back which I earned from members point programs. Rig u need assistance from store then they will not answer your call at all, when I finally spoke to store then the employee admitted to being at fault and said they have emails regarding this and they were aware but was still horrible and never helped me and still nothing even months after as well, Tried to contact store and resolve this and they ignore calls for days and then say they don’t know what your talking about when they do.... don’t order here !
Just came there form Doordashing. Stopped there to eat. This location is friendly and amzing
