I've seen much worse customer service in my time, but this takes the cake. Once, I went there to eat. The food was fine, but the wait staff seemed quite agitated and hostile toward the customers. Another occasion, I ordered takeaway for myself and several friends; however, when I asked the staff to provide us with four forks and some napkins, the employee became quite irate and told me that the maximum number of items I could request was two. In the end, after we asked again, she threw three forks into my arm!

The lady's attitude can not tollerate in CS.She was so unhappy about serving me as customer as soon as I step in the door.The coffee amount was visibly less than other restaurants(or only for me) and when I ask take out cup to bring my coffee out she continually speaks her language that I could feel that words are talking about me which made me feel insultating.And when other customers pay she had small talk, say good bye, have a nice day while when it became my turn, she literally say nothing even thank you.I'll never visit here again and will not recommend any of the people I know. Improve your attitude better when doing customer service.

Prompt service. Food was on the table within 10min. More than enough sprouts and a slice of lime to squeeze on top. My soup came with a special noodle because it was a special type of soup, she checked to make sure I knew that.The food was very good value for the size of portion. I left full and satisfied. Keep in mind they will not check in with you; if you require anything in addition after they drop the food off or wish to pay. The solution is to simply stand up and go to the counter she will jump off her chair to serve you.It's 4 stars from me. If you are in the mood for Pho or any Vietnamese dish I highly recommend this spot. It's legit.
Consistently good Vietnamese spot. Huge vermicelli portions and pretty decent pho and Banh Mi.Quick service and friendly staff.
My go-to pho place in North Van. Always great, all the pho is full of flavour especially my most favoured (Bon Bo hue). Consider getting house made chili oil on the side and your set for a extra flavourful hot experience.Anybody who suggests the customer service is rude, is clearly so disrespectful not to realize the owner has a stutter problem to say the least, which to me isn’t even a problem at all. It’s amazing and highly motivational to see how anyone can do great in life even a person who stutters can be a successful business owner.
I have been going to this place for years. Some of the best pho in town. However, the worst costumer service I’ve ever experienced. The owner, who is also the main server is beyond rude. I had such a terrible experience, it left my mouth bitter and made me never want to support their business again.
Terrible service and the vegetarian pho was just OK. Lots of noodles and broth hardly any vegetable and only 2 pieces of tofu for a large bowl of pho. I don't understand why some restaurants feel like they don't need to add vegetables or tofu to a vegetarian dish especially when they charge $15 per bowl. Would not recommend this place
I’ve been here a couple times and it’s always been amazing. Some of the best pho I’ve ever had. I can’t see why they have such a low rating. Nothing to complain about here.
