Great pizza BUT management needs to hire more decent delivery drivers. I was cut off by their very impatient driver at their lot and then rudely sworn at for no reason at on Friday April 22 at 6:30 PM. I would not want that kind of man bringing pizza to my home.
This place is the worst! The pizza is so gross. You can tell.thwy don't use quality ingredients. Order 2 pizzas and 16 wings, the pizzas came doughy and so much sauce the topping slid of just trying to take it out of the box. The wings (I asked for double done) were rubbery, definitely not double done. Called customer care. They offered to remake it. While I see that is the best option for them..it isn't the best option for us. I dont have faith that the quality will be there regardless of how many times it's made. My family has covid..I just wanted to feed them. Please do not order from this place. As a matter of fact no panago franchise deserves any support.
Panago is for sure one of the best pizzas you could find in Central Lonsdale.They have a good variety of delicious pizzas that can satisfy your crave.Service and price is also reasonable
Worst gluten free pizza crust I’ve ever had. Tastes like cardboard. One of my friends with a gluten allergy warned me about the crust but it’s the only place I could actually call a human being and ask that they use a clean board and knife (I’m celiac). Unless you have no other celiac safe options, I would not recommend.(2 stars because at least it’s safe to eat)
My delivery time kept getting pushed up, and after an hour and a half, I got delivered a cold pizza. Don’t Order through Doordash or Uber Eats.Edit: if you walk in, it takes all of like 15 minutes to get a fresh za.
Meant to order Pizza Hut but I’m dumb and ordered panago by mistake and this sucked. Pro tip: Don’t get the wings.
I have never written a poor review for a Panago Pizza location I have been a Panago customer for years. I am just not sure what is going on with this store location. We order from here at least once a week. With the last three orders there has been either a mess up with the driver not knowing where to go, wrong items delivered and last night our delivery took over an hour to get here and the food was stone cold. The service from this location has been consistently disappointing. I hope that management will learn from this feedback and work to improve things. After many years of using Panago as our pizza supplier, we are now looking for other companies to order from.
