I went to the woon Lee in a placed a order for take out. The gentleman at the front took my order and then showed me where I can wait then offered me some tea while I waited. The tea was so yummy that when I asked about it after my food was ready he gave me some to take home then gave me instructions on how to steap it. Also the food was amazing I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants great food and above and beyond service

Good food, big portions. Get the take out and avoid being accused of not paying. I like the food, staff need to work on the whole service side. I like to eat in when everything is fresh but will get take out if I go back.

The food was extremely delicious, and service was prompt.

Like a past review they had run out of ginger beef and recommended Mongolian beef. Delicious! May not go back to ginger beef. Garlic broccoli ..amazing , curry rice really good, house special chow mien and we also had and a chicken dish maybe general Pau chicken not sure but was amazing. Everything really good. I don't understand any of the low star ratings.

Close and convenient. Food is a 4.5 for me. Their Ginger beef can be amazing, issue is that its amazing 50% of the time and just edible the other 50% of the time - inconsistent. Price is good, and staff is nice. I ordered and was told they dont have my go to dish, as it was super busy for ginger beef... on a Sunday evening. I dont know if ill go back at this point.

We have had some great food in the past, but the last 2 times was a disaster. We had wonton soup sweet and sour pork which was so bad that we fed to the crows.Never again

I ordered a hot and sour soup and diced chicken and cashee nuts. The soup was bland and really poor qualitt compared to other Chinese takeaway in North Van. The chicken and cashew nuts was inedible. It tasted like caustic chemicals that you use to clean the flat tol which I am sure is what happened as I ordered early in the day. Awful.

My son and I had chicken chow mein and lemon chicken for one person. The chicken chow mein was great and the portion of lemon chicken was really good too. This chow mein was one of the best I have ever had.

I ordered dinner from the New Woon Lee last night. I was disappointed at first when they called back to say that they’re out of ginger beef. The lady suggested Mongolian beef. The food came on time, piping hot, good size portions and outstanding quality. And I will order Mongolian beef again! I have eaten Chinese food everywhere for many years. This restaurant is one of the best I have had.

I love combo for one person($15.5).The portion is huge and I love the combination(spring roll, chicken corn soup, fried rice, main dish). I am a big eater but it made me feel so stuffy after eating only half of them. And the taste was above my expectation. It should satisfy most people. The deep fried spring roll was really crispy but tasted ordinary. And sweet sour chicken was good. Sechuan beef was greatest. However, it can be sweet or salty for some people( it was okay for me ). And they are kinda stingy on meat in fried rice and noodle. But, you will be full anyway. And to-go box is extra 25c. Overall, it was great deal for Chinese cuisine.
