The Nektar’s Vegetarian Pizza is always loaded with healthy toppings, and his spanakopita is a very generous size and so authentic. Actually, all the meals are large portions - incl. the chicken souvlaki which is a fave with the kids. Our family has been ordering out from here for over a decade, and have never been disappointed. Nektar prides himself on quality food and happy customers - he’s a real gem to have in our community.
We recently moved the neighborhood and ordered from this restaurant. The pizza arrived after an hour and a half of wait (we were told 60-70min). So let’s say, it’s Friday night and things get busy and it’s hard to give a correct estimate. But what really annoys me is that the pizza was obviously cooked at least 45 min ago, it looked like the pizza you eat when your guests are gone… I don’t want to give a 1 star review because I’m all for small business support, but when they screw up, they also need to know. We’ll give it another try in the next few weeks and if we get the same experience, we’ll give up with this place.

second review on this place....3 weeks ago order the lamb dinner and it was a TEN yesterday it was clearly reheated food the lamb was dry on top and moist underneath and missing that fresh taste as was the rice. we are chefs so I should have known it was finished too soon. so i would have to say this restaurant can be a ten but it is not consistent unfortunately...the service was very good and friendly and the place clean and following COVID protocols.
Greek salad and pita tzatziki, so good. They give you a bucket of tzatziki.

I have loved this food for 30 years, but I fear Nektar's will fail if they don't wake up to the realities of business in the 21st century. If they opened their doors to the driving apps, their menu would be viewed by thousands more people daily. When it comes to food, few can compete with this restaurant.They could afford to hire more kitchen staff and (this is crucial) be in operation for more than 5hrs./day. They are loyal to their one driver, but someone needs to tell them that he would still be needed for their phone-in orders. As it is now, it's one of the least convenient places to order from, while still providing super nummy Cove eats.
Am vegetarian and picky about my pizza but LOVED Nektar's pizza ?? Too Good ?
