During their open I had a really rough experience during a peak busy time. Evidently everyone loves Nandos and on opening night, everyone was excited to get that flame grilled chicken.The kitchen was flustered and forgot part of my order. I quickly called them and I told them what happened. They didn't deny any fault, and the manager made every effort to make everything right. This is how you deal with mistakes, you own them and make them right! I wish all businesses were as well managed as Nandos.I got an amazing to go meal, healthy, tasty and cooked to perfection.Anyone can manage in smooth times. It takes real talent and management capacity to manage in chaos.Nandos HQ. I kept the names of the staff who showed exemplary behavior. I don't want to put them here for fear of nefarious actors trying to use the names to cause problems, however, you really owe these members of your team for representing your brand with such class and care.Update (March 2022):This place is still one of the best spots on the north shore. Staff are amazing, and they finally got a mobile app for Nandos North America. Not sure if the deals are good yet, I only just signed up. But I can confirm the food is still really good ?
Ordered for delivery. The coleslaw had definitely been sitting around for a long time....dressing was really runny. Was supposed to receive a free dessert included with the order but it was not with the order. Rice was all glued together. There are many really good restaurants in North Vancouver. This is not one of them
The food and the place itself is awesome but there's never been hand wash liquid in their washrooms.

Love Nando's, I order online and the order is ready for me when I arrive. Flavour is perfect as always and the chicken is nice juicy and tender!!!
Today we ordered take out from this North Vancouver location and picked it up in person. I had the "All the Trimmings Bowl". It was very short on the "trimmings". The 'chicken tenders' amounted to about half a chicken breast size from a very scrawny chicken. Four very small pieces. The bowl was filled with mashed potatoes and stuffing. $14.95 plus tax for a bowl of potatoes & bread. Very disappointing. Not the Nandos I know of the early days. Getting lazy & cutting corners to save money.
Their food is good but customer service is worst. The small height girl in blue jeans. You should learn how to treat customers or you shouldn’t be on customer service job.
One of the best restaurants for chicken. Good quality; good atmosphere. Great customer service. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back again
