Ordered online and selected the 10 dollar pizza pickup deal.Get there and my bill is higher than emailed to me.Apparently a bug in the system... I couldn't even select any other pizza type so I get charged an extra $4 at the register? The business should incur the cost of your bug, don't spring it on the customer upon pickup. If I wasn't hungry I would have just left. I recently moved to the area a block away from here and will never go back based on principal.
I've never met such unapologetic scam artists! I would be impressed if it wasn't so appalling! I ordered the two pizzas for $27 Wednesday pick-up special. When I arrived to pick-up, the bill came to $36.75 ($35 plus tax). I asked him why they were charging more than their advertised price. He started ranting about the price of cheese and that nobody can afford to sell pizzas for that price in North Vancouver. I then pointed to the stack of flyers on the counter, and asked why they hadn't updated their flyers if their prices had changed so drastically. The flyers on their counter still clearly advertised the $27 special. He replied "we can't afford to buy new flyers!"
There was no chicken in our "chicken tikka masala" dish Terrible. I called only to be ignored.
I ordered chicken tikka masala and there was only 4 small pieces of chicken one inch big. Vegi korma was soup. I called back only to be ignored. $50 for No Chicken?. Terrible!
We used to love ordering Indian food from here.Unfortunately it's just not the same under the new owners. It's too bad, but we won't be ordering from here any longer.
16 small pieces of fish for $17 comes to over $1 each piece. Hidden inflation or just a rip off?
I have been ordering pizzas here for a couple of years, and today I tried their samosas. I really like their pizzas, but I will now order lots of samosas. They have chicken or beef samosas, and both are absolutely awesome! The best! Amazing!
Good value for decent, quick food. We had the tandoori and butter chicken pizza along with the veggie samosas, veggie and fish pakoras.Pizzas and samosas were great. The fish pakora was greasy, fishy tasting and had large pin bones. Veggie pakoras were waaay over done.Stick to the popular items and you should be good. Will try their butter chicken next. ?
I couldn’t decide if I wanted to have pizza or curry and then I remembered this place and had both. It’s a really good value! I got rice, naan, butter chicken, two veggie samosas, and a specialty pizza for $39 with delivery!!! Wow I would say it’s enough for at least 4 portions.
Pizza is good when it's fresh. I thought I'd support a local pizza place. however was disappointed to see that despite me walking up to the store with a mask on the gentleman was on his phone outside and rushed inside. I thought to put on a mask before I came in as is the mandate. However he didn't bother getting off the phone or putting on a mask nor was there a plexiglass divider and in a small place like that please make an effort.
