Love this place! The food is always good and the chicken balls are more chicken than batter. Tasty, quick, and friendly every time.
Classic feel and taste. Kind service. We ordered the combo B for one person. There was a lot of food and the price was fair.
Their food is good but sometimes they use styrofoam as containers for food for takeout. The use of styrofoam containers for food is prohibited by the City. I am contacting city North Vancouver and will notify them about this.
After more than a decade of meals at Ming"s, i still consider them the Best restaurant in North Van. Love their Sizzling Chicken and Black Pepper, Beef Chow Fun, Salt & Pepper Prawn, and........ Lovely little Chinese restaurant! Takeout is always prepped on time, and consistently delicious. Portion sizes are good. Only complaint from the kids is that they've been out of fortune cookies for what seems like an eternity.
I was visiting my son in North Vancouver and ordered via phone a dinner for two. It was difficult getting to their location on such a busy street, and there's only parking for about 2 cars, good luck! When I asked for my order, they said I already picked it up...WTF? I'm standing right here! Anyways, I went back home and then they phoned and apologized. We reordered and they delivered the food an hour later. After all that, I get the same low-quality food at my grocery store deli, sorry but not worth the frustration.
I recently moved from Toronto (which has a really big China Town) to Vancouver and have been looking for my new fav Chinese restaurant. I found it with Ming s Garden! Please do not believe any of the bad reviews! THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! BEST CHINESE FOOD I EVER HAD!! I got food from here 3x already last week and it was all absolutely devine with amazing prices and huge portion size. I will be eating here at least once I week from now on
We just love Mings... We moved to port moody and keep coming back. Prices are awesome for the quality and quantity of food you get. Worth a try!
No fork, no chopstix, 1 packet of soy sauce for a dinner for two. At hotel so food goes in the garbage. Calling for pizza now.
