Kobideh smells like it has been in the fridge for a while and started to rot. An easy recipe they couldn’t get right. One in our party found a piece of plastic in the soup and when we told the waitress, she tried to justify instead of apologizing. Bad experience.
My brother in law was visiting from San Diego and we stopped in today May 27th for an early dinner. 5 of us. Great kebabs , well cooked as asked for, good portion of rice on plate with a bbq tomato. Nice little restaurant that is comfy and food was good. Go and Support this local business.
I really appreciate the taste and quality of their food but today I had a strange experience. I ordered three dishes online from their website and chose pick up so I can get them on my way to my parents. Showed up at the time and the hostess saw my mobile confirmation and asked the kitchen “ our price is different than what was posted online, which one should I charge? “ then she put the bill right on the table where I could see that exactly everything that I ordered was $46. My online bill however was $59!! The fella in the kitchen told the girl charge what ever is more!!!! Assuming I don’t understand the language ( I sure do!). Now the $13 difference does not make me rich or broke and I understand the struggle of Covid is still lingering and I like to support you but this is a dishonest business practice. So despite how much I love your food, I will never buy from you again!
I ordered a persian dish (gheyme stew with eggplants) from this restaurant, when I took it home and opened it... It was delicious, but I found a piece of small glass in my food that was quite sharp.. and that really scared me! Would think again next time if I want to order from here..
Foods are very tasty and well prepared, you can chose among many menu options.I love the service, Marzieh is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality!Decoration is ok but could be better.
It has been the top 1st persian restaurant in vancoyver, since we came here frim 5 months ago.Delicious taste, great quality, nice staff called "Marzieh" and reasonable price and enough parking lications aroun that. Quick serving of delicious cuisines from Iran ( Persia) and Afghanistan. Highly recommend !
Be savad. Write wet paint do not enter!!! Your parking is in the back how am I supposed to know youre painting !!!! Why is your back door open! You ruined my 200$ jacket!!! And the owner yells at me over his paint!!! Keeram to kose nanat
Our first Persian food....Absolutely delicious!Marzieli helps us choose what to eat and its an absolute delight! I Highly recommend this place and will be back soon!My girls loves it!
On New Year eve my friend bought that from restaurant and we celebrated her Birthday together. It was terrible dishes which I ate in Vancouver .Firstly, when I open aluminium leed, smelled something weird, also smelled baking soda. Next, I threw it out of my mouth as soon as I took a bite.Lastly, I didn’t recommend this place at all.
