Grabbed a couple of cheese burgers and fries. I was a bit shocked at the cost. But then everything has gone way up in price.An older woman took my order and was very polite.

What a service? I’m working night time. I know after 4am will be start breakfast menu. So I ordered Mcchicken combo by online order 3.30am.I got there 4.15am. I expected my order ready but it wasn’t. They didn’t notice my order. Anyway I can have breakfast but their attitude like now breakfast time you can’t have Mcchiken meal. Have a breakfast. I paid $12 around and breakfast menu $7 something.She said I give you something else.I asked refund my order and order breakfast. I don’t mind breakfast menu or lunch menu. But if something wrong or their fault they got to take responsibility and make customers happy.Their attitude like “you can’t have lunch menu now order breakfast which I have now. Didn’t even say sorry.”Not my fault still have other choices.What kind of service is this?
The WORST Service and "Don't Care" attitude ever. Went in this morning, ordered on the App, two breakfast sandwiches. I walk in, my number pops on the screen and there are maybe 3-4 orders worth of stuff piling up in the hopper for workers to assemble into bags. My number is the top of the list and the paper chit is there on the counter. Girl looks at it. Looks at me. Nothing is said. She proceeds to pull the chits for the next two orders after mine and call them, totally ignoring my chit and the sandwiches in the hopper for them. So, I politely ask if she is going to process (number xxx) as I am waiting. Ignores me. Grabs another and puts it together. By now, my number has dropped off the screen. Again, a little louder, and perhaps a touch less polite, I ask, "What about number xxx"? No comment but another lady walks over to assist her and again starts another order. By now I am not happy and ask once again, why they aren't assembling my order. FINALLY the 2nd lady puts it together with a huff and drops it roughly onto the counter and turns away. I then state loudly that "you might be finished with me but I want some ketchup!" I am tossed three packets aimed at my face!Really don't want to make any cultural comments that will undoubtedly get turned against me but if you are so unhappy here in your job, why did you come to work today? I know it's a McDonald, but I still think the quality of the meals here to be lower than other stores. And many times they forgot to add ingredients to the burgers.
This branch of Mcdonald's is the worst one. Group of students screw up my order. Then, gave me something that was just unusual burger. What is going on with Mcdonal's Canada? Stop giving us s**t and charge us high. This is not a business that I knew it before Covid. Wake up. Hire professional people, not just untrained students. It's really stupid.
Wow why have workers that don't do their job proper! Ordered two Niger with bacon there was no bacon, the woman heard me she could barely speak English. Why I rather cook only got it cause after my long shift not going back.
Received inadequate customer service, terrible, just terrible. They didn’t even process my order properly and ended up not getting what I ordered, with several items missing. Ultimately I have received stale buns, funny tasting ranch, cold fries, squashed burgers as if they squashed it themselves, what a disgrace. Employees were extremely rude and unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend coming back.
Rotten Ronnies was average. The drive thru gets chaotic . People can end up merging from two lanes in the lot but I have seen such terrible drivers near missing in the lot. Also orders are often inaccurate
The Worst McDonalds branchLast night the lady wearing a black sweater throw the food into my mouth literally and it was dropped everything in my car. I asked for napkins politely but she opened her mask and told me I give your food now go from here there is a line up behind you. I never faced this kind of behaviour from any mcdonalds before. I went to other branch but they are so polite and professional. This is the third time I have faced from this drive thru but I never inform any manager. Then I went to the lobby and informed the manager right away about her behaviour, the manager was good but she was speechless and didn’t say anything to me but just listen. She called that rude drive thru black sweater girl for saying sorry to me but she came and was started argument with me in front of manager, she was aggressive. The manager was totally shocked about her behaviour which I saw in her face. After that I left. I will never come back to this branch again and recommending to all not to go there. But if you want to ruin your day just go there once.
