Cute little McDonald's lol. A little bit busy sometimes however it's a very clean restaurant conveniently located in the strip mall.
So refreshing to be served food worthy of a photograph , as they appear on the menus. These workers are diligent, efficient and professional. Thank you for a great lunch.
First teach your staff that they are getting paid to serve us to help us. Teach them customer service not just making food. They don't know C of customer service. Very bad experience in store. The whole staff just wanna get paid for standing. ARROGANCE AT ITS PEAK
Parking is hard to get. Service was extremely slow, which makes it difficult to get in as everyone is standing right there....no thought going into placing orders and then where to go. And my bacon and egg bagel was burnt ☹☹
this McDonald's is located just off of the highway on the Westview exit. It's located right next to an Esso gas station and a save on foods grocery store and shares a large parking lot with both. It's certainly easy to get to and you just pull off of the highway and right into the store parking lot. There is no drive-through this is a typical McDonald's franchise location with typical fare. The service is OK but I noticed that it is generally slower than compared to other locations. There is a small dining in area. Food is hot and fresh and the order was accurate today which was good. Just had to wait a little while for it. Will come again because that's what I do.
Even though it was really late and they where almost closing they made my food really good and it was fresh. Working and making food this late can’t be fun but Raman who took my order was very courteous and exceeded my expectations. Thanks guys :)
It doesn't have a drive thru
Slowest fast food on the north shore. Not sure if they are short staffed or what, but not great. Good thing the parking spots in front of the store are for 20 minutes max, because you will need the time.
Asked for hashbrown with my breakfast and was told sorry we don't have any. So I paid for my Mcmuffin and while I was waiting guess what, 2 full trays of hashbrowns were brought out. They were cooking so they still had them. Not going back to that one again. And the sandwich was like warm too.
First ordered uber eats there. just awful. Burned black muffin with missing ingredients. Second time, they let the uber driver wait for 20 minutes and canceled my order in the end. Never use this Macdonald for delivery.
