Very modern inside, no drive-thru, and when I arrived a young kid was cleaning hard for the outside patio and also the entrance doors. Nothing unique as it is like any other McDonald's.The supervisor/manager on duty however seemed to be micromanaging as I witnessed her ask a staff to make sure her phone was not on her and to prove it the female staff tapped all over and turned around to show the manager it wasn't on her.
After a weekend away, we came home Sunday afternoon to a torn McDonalds bag, fries scattered across our front porch, McDonald's wrappers and oil stains (greasy fries) on the porch. Apparently someone didn't get their "UberEats" they ordered on Friday night. The attached bill says it was ordered Friday night at 22:51PM.The animals made a mess of it, we live in a high bear alert area of North Vancouver. Who drops food off on a porch, no lights on in the house?????? Disgusting. Wrong House folks!
I used to go to McDonalds everyday until today. This WILL CHANGE effective tomorrow. I purchased three beverages from this place. I asked for a cup of water and four honey. I was asked to pay $3.36 for the honey. You charge for condiments, I asked? Indian Manageress Pooja (who has no manners and is clueless about guest relations) said in rude tone: every McDonalds charges for honey. I told her this is false and it is my very first time in two decades to be asked to pay for condiments. She says loudly, so as to intimidate me in front of other waiting guests: everywhere we charge. Have you been to Lynn Valley branch? I said I have not asked for honey there. She answered: "Then how can you say you know?" Her male colleague joined her to support her rude and loud mouth me.Then I was made to pay $0.53 for a cup of water.This restaurant is DIRTY. The washroom had toilet paper all over the floor and had not been cleaned.Fortunately there are many choices in the fast food industry and coffee shops. Today McDonalds lost one of its lost loyal customers. They will not have my business anymore since they are rude, obnoxious and too greedy.

Foods fine but man, online orders have a very high chance of missing at least 1-2 items per order. Pretty obvious that the little sticker that says "Checked for accuracy" is blank for a reason.
After 10pm, this store is extremely disorganized and cannot handle even the slightest amount of volume. On more than one occasion, I have lined up to order only to leave and drive to the Lynn Valley location instead because it was taking so long.
worst mcdonalds ever. theres a womens restroom, but no mens?? the fries are all gloopy and soggy. they tasted bland. employees dont even have gloves, and dont even try on the meals. my breakfast burrito was sad, the egg to meat ratio being something around 17:2. the free wifi didnt work. dont go to lonsdale mcdonalds.
They'll bring the food to your seat if you have a bunch of kids you can't leave alone at the table. It's a smaller McDonald's and doesn't have drive-thru.
OMG! Am I losing my money just like that! I ordered three items, the Uber driver brought me just a milkshake without a straw! I should read the review before I order! Someone get these people together!
This is the same as every McDonald's you've ever been to, but that's how they like it. The good thing about this location is that it stays open quite late, is clean and quiet for a few fries on the way home after a late shift
