If you go through the drive through at night and your hungry, make sure you bring snack. I waited from 10:34pm till 11:16pm to get a cold coffee and cold fries. Not even a "sorry about the wait" just took money handed me two items I didn't even drink or eat. Never the F again!!!
Went through the the drive thru just after 10pm. Had the greatest experience with the person taking the orders. They asked if I was collecting points and I said I wasn't sure how the app works for points.(I'm old, don't judge me!) ? They were very sweet trying to help me and when neither of us could figure it out on my phone, they ran off and got me a pamphlet to help me. This kind of service is what makes people want to visit this location. Let's be honest. It's McDonald's and there are several options on the North Shore. Thank you for your awesome service!!
We had issues with the lack of service. We had three different people come to take our order. The first person was Asian decent, (only made it through a small part of a 4 person order, before asking me to wait), another person started to take the order and again could not keep up and asked us to wait. She in return was replaced by yet another person who completed the order. I have managered and trained many people over the years, it is my opinion that these young people were not trained and evaluated very much or well before being thrown into the job. For that reason I believe that the incompetence shone through. It was frustrating and showed lack of training and leadership on behalf of management. There was a lineup out to the main road. Not impressed at all.
ALWAYS have an inconveniently long wait st this McDonald's after the wait to be helped. Drive through is a gong show if you actuallyanage to get in line. Cars going every which way and half the time the scrape their vehicles on the extremely narrow drive through. Need some popcorn and a camera, would be a great YouTube channel!!
I buy my coffee from here every morning, since June 18th , the quality of coffee is got worse , no taste same as before,I thought it my feeling but my co-worker have the same ideas. Txn
The slowest service whether it’s drive thru or dine in. Food is always barely warm. Today I ordered something for my daughter drink, burger & fries but not a happy meal (my mistake). I asked to buy the happy meal toy separate. They were happy to accommodate for $3!!!! Completely ridiculous.
I got very sick from a McChicken sandwich from this location today...just thought I would write in case anyone else did too.(Not rating the location badly for this, they are typically very good service)
the hotcakes are toxic. they shouldn’t be aloud to serve them. and they give wooden forks and knives. i’m not lovin it
Served old oily habanero sauce. Was disgusted. Usually they get your order right but occasionally you get something gross..
There's no thought given to people with disabilities. We parked underground and took the elevator to the restaurant. At 4 PM on Saturday the elevator lobby was locked. Manager of McDonald's was unable to help. I had to carry the 84 year old disabled man down more than a dozen steps...I was scared to death. I have health problems of my own. I had trouble breathing and scared.
