Great breakfast. Although they did not have the omelettes, the breakfast and café mocha was more delicious than Cora breakfast and lunch. In my opinion, I would recommend both of these restaurants. Also, the banana bread is very delicious. That was more special. It has walnuts and chocolates. I would highly recommend all of you to take the banana bread.
Incredible. The best breakfast we've ever had every time we come here. We wake up early and drive 30 mins from Surrey literally just for this place. There are often lines so be prepared to wait. The baked goods are amazing too. Basically a 6 stars out of 5 place in terms of quality but it's pricey - you pay a lot but honestly it's so good you just don't care until you get your credit card statement ?.
I'm just in love with this place! Best customer service ever, delicious food, and a cozy spot to spend some time while having your breakfast! Congrats to all the team, can't wait to visit again ♥
We have been coming here since day 1 and used to absolutely love this place but since the hostess which really ran the place has left on maternity it has gone down hill . Today was the last straw . I asked to replace the Boursin cheese on my bfst sandwich for cheddar and the chef refused unless I payed $3.75 more on top of $9.50 . He has the cheddar on the sausage sandwich so 1 he already has it 2 and it must be cut for the sandwich already , so I really don’t understand the hardship to please a customer. This attitude seems to be growing as I think this place has got to big for its britches
The best eggs benny I’ve ever had! The eggs were perfectly done, the potato rosti and carmelized onions were delicious. Served with a lightly dressed fresh salad too. Highly recommend!
Went for a Sunday brunch after hearing great things. Was not at all disappointed - fantastic vibe and friendly staff and the food was amazing. I had the Lonsdale Fog (one of the better versions of London Fog I've had) and had the maple bacon and onion benedict which came on these amazing potato roestis. Honestly one of the best benedicts I've ever had. Fantastic place, well worth the visit.
I think this place is the breakfast place to be at. Yes the lineup can be long but it is worth the wait. The mocha was so good and our breakfast was so yummy that I finished the whole plate. Normally I end up packing half of it to go but I couldn't stop eating my eggs Benny haha. I've also gotten an almond croissant and it's the best one I have ever tried... Will definitely be back ?
Staff was so friendly and accommodating, it’s a small space and we had our 2 week old with us in the stroller, was challenging to find is a table that we could pull the stroller up beside. After a short wait, they were able to get us a perfect spot! Breakfast was delicious - I recommend the veggie hash and my husband had the bacon benny.
Lift is by far my favorite breakfast spot. The design and decor sets an immaculate cozy vibe that fits perfectly with a lazy Sunday afternoon or a fancy romantic brunch. The staff are attentive and friendly, and there's a good chance you'll meet the owner. It's clear that there is intentionality and thought that goes into every aspect of Lift.My favorite is the French toast, but the eggs Benedict are also incredible. Their sausage is house made and tastes herby and light. I usually get a drip coffee, but they have a full espresso bar as well. It's a little pricey, but well worth the occasional splurge. I do wish they would set up an automated/electronic/text queue system, as they don't take reservations and the wait can be long at peak brunch times. But besides that, I love everything about Lift. I highly reccomend a visit next time you need a fantastic brunch/breakfast.
the server was so friendly and lovely! the cafe is beautiful inside! also the food was delish and the coffee was some of the best ♥️
