My favourite brewery on the North Shore. Authentic Mexican aesthetic with interesting, different, & delicious beers, and the food is just as good. Going on a sunny day always makes me feel like I'm on vacation.My only complaint is the location - it's small, and because it's the first brewery you hit upon leaving the Shipyards/Lonsdale Quay, it's always busy/full. Selfishly, I wish it were bigger!
Cute little distillery that offers Mexican-inspired beers. The salted lime lager is one of the most popular and it’s really unique and delicious. The interior is bright and they have about 8 tables inside with some outside as well. Quick walk from Lonsdale Quay. They have a few varieties of tacos to try with one being vegan. A couple other snack options as well. Definitely worth checking out!
Great little honest brewery with unique very drinkable beers. The coconut pale is a delicious balanced light pale (no weird coconut flavour), the salted lime is a classic and many other great varieties. Nice clean beers. Friendly, kind staff, no pretense. Nice calm, chill decor and interior. Highly recommended.
Had a great time here, beer and tacos? I’m in! The beers are on the lighter side and there’s a few interesting one. I ordered the pastor taco and it was the bomb! You can taste the fruitiness of the pineapple balanced by the distinct bbq taste of the meat.
Beer was great. Tacos this time were cold and soggy. Counter sales so you tip up front and get meh tacos. I’ve been here a few times and today must of been an off day. Its usually good.
Been here a few times and always enjoyed myself. Friendly staff and a good variety of beers a margarita, and other items. They also have tacos and a few other food options. Worth a try if your in the area
Came here during craft beer week and the atmosphere was amazing. Loved the mariachi band! Not sure if they were just there for the feature night, but it would be fun if they performed more regularly. The decor is really nice - love the blue and white tiles - and the concept for the brewery is really unique.I got a flight of beer but sadly didn’t particularly love any of the flavours. The fish taco I ordered was very salty. Chips, guacamole and salsa were very good though!
Really good guacamole and chips! Got the coconut hazy pale ale too. Came here for the north shore craft beer week and super happy I did! Will definitely come back to try more of the beers. They have a huge selection!
Tacos, bevvies and neon lighting were on point! I give it 5 stars!
This place is great. The beer is fun and easy to drink and the food is fantastic.
