INCOMPETENT AND THIEVING! KFC steal from its customers. This is not the first time I have had an issue with them. You pay for a meal and get home to find what you have paid for is not there. Then they expected me to drive all the way back to fix THEIR mistake instead of just refunding me the $10 they offered me a free small fries initially, and then a free tender. The last time I ordered delivery and it never actually arrived, the refunded me, but it seems that they are just utterly incompetent and I should warn others that they will happily not provide you with what you've paid for, and then expect you to spend the time and money to go back and get what you had paid for. If KFC stole $5 from me they could call the police, but when they steal from customers, there is no recourse... When I attempted to speak to a supervisor all the offered was 2 free tenders a day later and eventually hung up on me when I told them this wasnt sufficient. Avoid this KFC at all costs. Would give 1 Star if I could
Went to this location today to grab dinner, and part of the order was the boneless bucket. First chicken strip I grabbed was a chicken neck! I had bit into it and bit into bone, I then opened the strip to see and yup.. it's a neck. Grossest thing ever! I have pictures as well... Definitely not doing kfc again!
I got a 4 piece order and paid $22 for it, but the pieces were small. Not comparable to their stupid advertised picture. Don't want a refund or credit. I am not going back.
I tried to go in today and there was nobody at the front counter for six minutes. Nobody. So I left.I ordered later today from Skip the Dishes and they didn't send half my order.
You know, I don't expect much from KFC - it is a big chain restaurant, after all. This location is usually pretty decent, but my last order might as well have been from the eighties. Chicken that, while cooked, was not at all crisp and was in fact slimy from too much oil, tenders that were almost as white on the outside as on the inside. Only good thing was that for once, the gravy was included instead of forgotten. Really disappointing.
Our grandkids always love KFC chicken and French Fries! The parking lot was very hard to enter, maneuver, and exit at around 5:15. Our chicken arrived quick, fresh, and tasty.
What a rip. Not tasty either. 3 month old chickens then killed. What happened to the good tasty chicken?

This is the worst KFC location ever! I ordered white meat and got dark ones once. And tonight the bucket that I got after a 15 minute wait smelt like gasoline and the chicken pieces were covered by a black stinky grease!once I took it back to their store, the girl answered rudely this is our chicken and this is how it should taste! ??♀️
1 star is too much for this quality. Besides, prep time took them more than 30 min!!!I don’t know maybe they were garnishing fast food fried chicken to go!!! Don’t waist your money here.
