JJBean!!!! this particular location and store is my DisneyLand!!!! I start my day every morning in this warm, happy and beautiful atmosphere. The pastry is always fresh and well baked. I have been to so many different locations but eventually I always end up only wanting to go and spend my money and time in JJBeans Park & Tilford. The staff are professional and friendly. They have a wide patio area as well as a separate section for those who like to have business meetings and using laptops. The drip coffee is always hot and fresh, never had a time to step back to the counter and ask them to warm up the coffee. Thank you guys for being amazing and making this place a spot a great place to spend good times and making good memories. I wish I could give you more stars...

Been going for years, since Covid I’ve been buying 50.00 gift cards so I don’t have to carry cash. Well I bought one today and wasn’t able to get the bonus amount cuz it’s a new card and I threw away my old card which was empty. Not happy with how the supervisor handled my background story, he was quite abstinent. I called my usual JJ in Bby that I’ve been going to for the last couple years. Their supervisor was very helpful and offered me the top up amount next time I come in. She even offered to hold some pastries if I came by today. She made my day, Overall I love JJ bean just not happy with the level of customer service I received today.

JJ Bean is hands down the best tasting coffee probably in the world!! The staff are very kind, outgoing, and friendly. It’s the best way to start my mornings :-) Lately I’ve been obsessed with their oatmeal jammer cookie ? and sometimes I get 2!
The only struggle with this location is that their outdoor heater is useless. They might as well not have one-which also, is too little. They have one, which is not positioned well, and it's not enough for the size of the patio. This space needs a major heating upgrade.
