Came in tonight for dinner with my family. We were large group and restaurant was very accommodating. The food was delicious and so flavorful. Bring a big group I didn’t realize the service charge was included in the bill and I accidentally made extra payment. Owner was very understanding and reverse the charge. Very appreciative of your kindness. Definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to coming back.
Food is great, service is terrible.Went there with my bf and his parents 3/4 orders wrong and drinks didn't come until after the meals were served.Before all of that we waited around awhile to have our order taken (2 other tables in house at the time and 2 other tables arrived).Then the food comes out and 3/4 orders are wrong and 1 dish takes around 5 minutes longer than everyone else, so 3 people are eating while 1 person just waits.Even the appetizer was supposed to come with bread (no bread came for awhile). So we just waited around for it.The food tastes great but it's not a restaurant experience at all. Feel bad for the cooks because the food we had was so good! So these stars are for them lolIt's like you are being an inconvenience to the wait staff for being there. Sorry for dining in.I'd recommend only take out (but based on our experience, check your order)
We ordered gilaneh special Kabab which has koobideh and sour meat kabab, both tasted great. The homemade zeitoon (zeitoon parvardeh) was amazing!
I have ordered from this place many times. The food is tasty, service is fair and the workers are wonderful. I placed an order back in December and received something I didnt want. The owner promised me free meals the next time I ordered. No receipt or vochure was provided for the free meal making worry that they might forget. One month later I placed my order and the deal was honored. The manager kept his word and provide me my free meals when I placed my new order.No complaints about this location!
The food was good. We had two Dizi and Tahdig. The food side was not good even we did not have enough lime and bread. Not enough vegetables ?and . The service was not great, we had to ask for everything many times because everything was not enough. The restaurant need to be more generous. 1/8 of a lime for Dizi ?. The dough porch was not good. It was not salty and sour. No taste ?
Food was good but not the service or the ambiance. We weren’t seated for 5mins though the staff looked at us, then the table was super wobbly through out. This place definitely requires a renovation. The food was nice but won’t be going back.
Our host Daniel brought us here for dinner. Beautiful traditional Persian decor. Staff were friendly and the food was amazing and juicy. Will definitely come back.

I have come to Vancouver from Calgary, I have never seen this great customer service so far. The foods were fairly good. We tried Dizi, Dolme, fesenjan, Mirza ghasemi and Tahdig. All were good, my preference was Tahdig& Dolme :)) I can't forget to mention about the great hospitality when the nice lady served us with extra Dolme and bread for free!! I recommend this location to everybody which lives or comes in this area.
