Food is great but not sure why the website defaults to 18% tip when you order for pickup..
Not going to lie, one of the saddest meals I’ve had in some time.
First time. Check online menu so I knew what I would want to order. I assumed as they did not ask whether I wanted or not that I would get a dressing I did not. I ordered I couple of bowls so I would have for the next couple of days … no dressing. Kind of disappointing. Staff should not assume everyone knows the product. Reading the reviews and no comments from management or Freshii.Definitely won't be going back.
I never leave reviews but this is by far the worst Freshii on the north shore and needs to be called out.They don’t give a **** about customer service and it is evident in their customer interactions. Some staff are straight up rude right off the bat. Furthermore, I eat at other locations and frequently get the same thing, yet it never tastes the same at this location. Not sure what is going on at this store, but it ain’t it.
Very disappointed. I regularly go there as I am a vegetarian and have fewer options than the most. This particular night of October 8, 2021 around 7:00pm, I came in and the girl says hi to me and I say hi back. Then I stand there for a few minutes watching her doing her own thing (organizing sales receipts and stuff).- Me after 2 minutes: Is anyone going to take my order?- Her: Give me 1 seconds.- Me: It's been minutes now!She comes and ask me with an attitude what I want. I ordered a smoothie with Vega protein in it. I pay and then she goes back to organizing the receipts !Few minutes later she finally starts making the shake and again gave it to me with an attitude.P.S. I am not sure if the protein was even there because it sure didn't taste like it but when I asked she said yes, it's there. So who knows...
Ordered Buddha‘s Satay(Rice noodles with veggies) through DoorDash and the staff forgot the rice noodles
Had a bamboo burrito today. Didn't love it. No flavour - maybe not enough sauce. I've gotten a burrito once before and didn't love it, so maybe safest to stay with the bowls. Not in a rush to go back.
We ordered a Buddah Bowl and a Pagoa Burrito. We paid for extra avocado in the bowl but the pieces they gave were rock hard and we had to discard them because they were inedible. I ordered steak in my burrito and had 3 small pieces of steak. Both the avocado and the steak were paid add-ons. I don't feel like we got our money's worth.
Thanks for the black slime covered, rotting cilantro. Absolutely Putrid. Not very "fresh", I'd say. Eat here at your own risk.
