Excellent ice cream! I had the Vegan Raspberry (super good!!) also excellent customer service!! Nicole was super friendly, polite and efficient.Such a cool theme and vibe. Great location.Thanks Nicole for the friendly service and the pup cup for my dogs! ! Will definitely be back!!

Very high quality, a bit pricey but definitely worth it. In addition to classic and creative dairy-based ice cream, notable is the huge selection of vegan ice cream. My favourite is vegan Black Forest, which has huge chunks of brownie and marinated cherries in every bite.
The best ice cream in town!! Whiskey Hazelnut is my go to, but there are lots of different other excellent flavors. I have tried the vegan choices and they are very good also. Their ice cream is premium priced but it is premium quality ice-cream. They have something for everyone. Highly recommend it. Buy by the jar and throw it in the freezer for a moment of pleasure whenever you need it. It can be very busy in the summer.
Love their ice-creams, but they no longer make their sweet cream flavour anymore. It was replaced with Vanilla… after many years of sweet cream being in my lifeLove their seasonal flavours too but when you don’t even get to know the seasons when some of them come back to stock especially ones like the lavender shortbread or the birthday cake, it’s disappointing.Love the cereal milk flavour, just don’t see myself finding it in the stores again for the next two years or something after the last time I tried it. They sold out of the pints so…I just get disappointed now because I don’t really get the flavours I like anymore. they’ve lost a customer. Earnest doesn’t make me happy anymore.
Absolutely incredible! Easily some of the best ice cream we've ever had. This place has such a good reputation, we went to get ourselves a few scoops in -9°C and there were still other customers!

This is the best ice cream I have tasted in Lonsdale area. Always super busy shows how popular it is. Fortunately I live close by so I walk here when the line is short. ( Hint: before 4 PM). My favourite flavour is their peanut butter pretzel a vegan ice cream but so very delicious.
