Added meat into my pacific veggie pizza. Big NO NO, don’t come here go somewhere else.

Can't go wrong with Dominos Pizza! They have a great variety of pizzas to choose from and which you can also customize. My friend and I ordered online and the order was ready in about 15mns which was great because we were pretty hungry!The service was good and staff were friendly.
Unbelievably rude staff, I waited about 15 mins for food and I ordered to add green pepper. In those 15 mins all the staff was speaking in Hindi (which I understand) joking about customers !! OMG like who does that .When I received my food , it had pepperoni on it instead of green peppers and when I asked that it’s a mistake , the lady on the counter who was making fun of other customers told me that I said green pepperoni (I mean , what’s a green pepperoni) the staff had so much audacity that I kept waiting to talk to the manager , his name is Hemant and they kept telling me he is busy from 7pm-11:30pm. I waited , I called but no answer from Hemant.I am more upset than angry! I mean who jokes about the clients eating choices. Dominos needs to fire each and every one who does that , who knows what they talked about me when I left . Poor clients who don’t understand Hindi and being harassed at this store and employees still say I daud green pepperoni, and I still don’t know what that is .Never going back to get insulted and request everyone to stay away if you don’t wanna be insulted about your food choices .
We went to order and pick up because they usually mess up with the deliveries. We had to order it 3 times as they messed it up right in front of us. We used to go regularly when Alex owned the place and it was the best. Gone downhill. Hopefully Alex and Kevin resolve the issue to what is damaging their business name. It is very rude when they are getting mad and talking in their language.
I ordered last night one veg pizza it was terrible no cheese and uncooked. One of the bad Domino's pizza in North Vancouver.

i ordered one medium pizza from this location, 1 hour later i called them to inquire about where it was, and they said it was on the way, then another half an hour after that i call back and inquire again because at this point it’s been 1 1/2 hours, and they told me the order never went through because of a “glitch in their system”. don’t order takeaway from this location!
I can't believe I was an everyday customer but lately I've been getting awful tasting pizza like just to day. I don't know it use to be my favorite places.
The pizza is great, I was having trouble with the app and Kunal helped me out. Fast service as well.
