I’m going to be honest here. I’ve never in my life have had a better sandwich than what I’ve experienced here. I now come here regularly when I’m in the area and everytime I try a new sandwich I am blown away each time. They are the best in the city. In the province. Hands down. Finest ingredients, freshest bread… I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
So impressed with this place. I had an amazing vegetarian sandwich. It came with focaccia bread, filled with veggies and cheese. Inside the store you can find many imported products.

How to describe their sandwiches.. In a word: LOVE. I can’t remember the last time I bit into a sandwich and experienced pure joy by the amazing flavour profile. I had the Speck sandwich, and was dancing with delight from each bite.Let’s start with the bread; what a genius idea to make a thinner focaccia for the sandwiches, such a small detail that significantly pulls together all the amazing flavours that make up the sandwich. Inside there is fresh greens, mozzarella sliced thin, fresh prosciutto sliced at the perfect thickness so that you don’t pull out the full slices with each bite; to wrap it all together there is a phenomenal glaze which I can only assume is of a balsamic variety, that sweetly compliments the savoury aspect of the sandwich.I haven’t stopped raving about this place to anyone who will listen. I came for the sandwich but there is so much more in-store, it’s the perfect place for anyone looking for a taste of Europe. There is imported goods like fancy mustards, Panettone, and much more. You won’t realize what you’re missing out on until you go to this shop, go check it out!
This is a great place!Their sandwiches are excellent - quality ingredients and large portion size. So many good options.They have a bunch of snacks and ingredients that are delicious and unique.

You had me at Jaffa Cakes. What a great place. When I grew up in the cove we had a corner store that was a market and when it was gone… it was missed big time. Great selection and wonderful service. More selection than just about anywhere around here.
