Popped in to this location on a Wednesday evening with my girlfriend and ordered two burger combos and a Blizzard totaling $40. The restaurant was slow, pre-dinner rush, and amply staffed, we were the only customers at the time. Waited 17 minutes for our order, only to receive two half cold, dry, over-cooked burgers with bacon burnt almost beyond beyond recognition. Onion rings were very greasy and not crispy at all. Poutine was under-sauced and the one soft drink we were given of the two ordered was watery. Not in the habit of making scenes, but we decided that it was worth sharing our disappointment with an employee in order to identify and correct whatever problems they are having in the kitchen. The teenager that I shared my concern with stared blankly at me until I left him alone and returned to my table.Oreo Blizzard was great, though.
EDIT: The manager of the location gave me phone call to apologize and offer a solution. Glad to see the manager has tried to make things right.Super disrespectful staff. One of the cashiers actually talked back and started making pointless arguments with me. What a joke of a location

My experience today was horrible and I will never spend my money here again. I ordered a meal deal and didn't get an item and wasn't given the cup for my drink until my burger was ready so when my drink needed to be replaced in the machine I would have had a to wait another 3 minutes while my food got cold. The music was so loud and horrible they can't hear you speak

The usual DQ experience, taste and treats. There's a good reason that some things don't change in life and DQ treats are that reason! You can always count on DQ for delicious ice cream treats. Nothing fancy, nothing artisnal, just DQ goodness you remember as a kid and are able to enjoy as much as an adult. This place is clean, service is quick and fast. :)
Slower then I've ever seen a fast food place, delivery is constantly an hour+ overdue, but I can get food from the same minimall no issue.Yum yum cold burgers and warn shakes.

New renovation to this Dairy Queen in Lynn Valley is fabulous. Great new staff to take your orders. Great prices!!
