Attentive, responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly service! There’s a salivating selection of pastas, as well as perfectly dressed salads.I tried the fettuccine fungi as my main, which I requested and received as vegan. It was presented with a strong but moderated truffle sauce, which was astronomically creamy. Sadly the vegan options there are very limited, but the chef was amicable to cook up dishes that work.

Thank you again for a wonderful evening of the most exquisite food and drinks. Great Dirty Martini and lots and lots of red wine. The food was exceptional with excellent and attentive staff.Thank you all for making our night out special. From all at Stamford Spa & Salon

What a delightful place, we were pleasantly surprised to see how gorgeous and cozy this place is. The ambience, the food quality and the taste was absolutely great! The outside is so deceiving, it looks very small and casual from the outside but it's just fantastic when you go in.

I'm not sure I'm equipped at this moment, to adequately describe the magic that was this evening, at Casa Corsi. We are visiting the area and found Casa Corsi via Google and let's just understand that it did not disappoint. We were settled a bit late in our Airbnb so I decided to be a decent human, by calling ahead to see if they could seat 3, late in the evening. Patrick answered with a vocal smile and invited us to come on in. When we arrived, a stranger exiting mentioned that this was the best Italian known to man. We had a feeling, but we still needed to test the palates for ourselves. As soon as we identified a staff member from the front door, it was Patrick asking if that was us that had recently called. It was at that point we knew, we found something very special.I'll be honest that we were not starving - we probably could have skipped dinner as we had a big and late lunch, but our interest was piqued, and I wasn't missing the opportunity to try this restaurant. We were left speechless. Jason was our guide and he was absolutely incredible. All of us had picked our entrees out before we called the restaurant and lo/ behold, after hearing what Jason had to say, we had chosen alternatives that were out of this world.Absolutely speechless.Jason is a true giver of heart. I can't count how many times he came to the table to check on us, refill my wine and our water, and just show how great of a human he is.Throughout our visit, we watched other staff members seamlessly pull tables and reset them in a blink. The same staff collected our dirty dishes and utensils in such a professional and quick fashion that it really just set this place into that top level. This place will be in my dreams forever. We will be back as often as we can. What a remarkable memory for us.Thank you Patrick, Jason and everyone else this evening that made such an impact on our trip. See you again, and hopefully soon!

Were a bit suspicious when we entered the restaurant for lunch as the only customers on a Thursday afternoon. The extremely warm & friendly service was reassuring, especially when we found out it was the same Gusto Di Quattro we used to frequent when it was on Lonsdale Ave.We ordered a Caesar Salad to share. They were really nice to split it in half for us. The Cannelloni Ripieni & Rigatoni Bolognese were absolutely delicious! This is arguably the best Italian restaurant on the North Shore! Will not hesitate to recommend!

My favorite Italian restaurant! Just love everything! Food ! Service ! Atmosphere!

Lovely dinner at Casa Corsi, a family run Italian restaurant in North Vancouver. Delicious and friendly atmosphere. Great waiters.

The best restaurant

It was an amazing food good service and we dined inside

Very good food and very good service! One of the best Italian restaurants in town without all the pretentiousness. The inside seating is classic European setting; outside is way more casual. Both of course are a unique experience. There is plenty of parking in the back. Did I mention service was very attentive?
