The quality of food is good especially the whoppers are really delicious.and also its chicken is really better than McDonald.The negative point about it as I experienced most of the time is that when you request ketchups or napkins they get frustrated and don’t welcome you and this is really sad as you shouldn’t even request and they should put that automatically.So 4 stars is completely fair.

My whopper had the freshest toppings I've ever seen for a fast food restaurant. My burger was assembled very neatly and the fries were perfectly cooked with the right amount of salt.
Been here three times now, food is fresh and hot and quick. Service is good not great but who cares they're efficient and always got my order correct.
Tremendous special combo deals almost always.
