The coffee shop is great, nice atmosphere on the patio. Also the bread pudding is amazing!BUT the stuff changes a lot. The crew last summer was way better than the current one. Also the opening ours are ridiculous. At some point they closed 3pm! It’s a coffeeshop!!!! I used to go there after work. Now they changed it to 4 pm. Still to early.I hope they get good staff added soon and go back to appropriate opening hours.
Decaf flat white was delicious (did not taste like decaf), beautifully presented, and the art magically stayed intact as I sipped.Barista Cavan took the time to connect with each customer while working quickly and efficiently. Thank you!
Loved the hot chocolate and cinnamon buns at this little stop. My friend tells me the coffee is also delightful here. Great staff and overall a cool vibe. My friend got a vegan breakfast burrito and the place next door and also loved it. Totally delicious!
Adorable coffee shop with amazing patio. It’s quite expensive. Around $4.50 for a tiny cookie and $6-7 for a drink. Food prices are rising but this cafe is on a different planet. It’s too bad because it is a cute spot. Just not affordable to visit often. I think they miss out on all the people working from home in the neighbourhood as a result.
This Bean Around the World really stands out compared to other locations I’ve been to. The atmosphere is probably the best out of any coffee shop in North Vancouver, in my opinion. The staff are super nice and I always get the sense they enjoy working there. Their summertime pink lemonade is unreal.

I literally chose where to live based on how close I was to this coffee shop! Lovely corner coffee shop, with all the regular espresso options you'd expect along with fun seasonal options.I love the bacon breakfast sandwhich, it's my go to. Lovely interior decor is eco-industrial, lots of plants and a cool contrast with marble and concrete to cement a very hip look.The patio is huge and amazing, and the staff are friendly and attentive! Coffee prices are great, lower than Starbucks.
I used to come here very often because it’s a nice place with friendly staff but lately they raised their prices way too much. I’m paying almost 7 dollars for coffee, it’s ridiculous. There are other coffee shops in the area that don’t charge nearly as much.Overall it’s a super nice place but their management needs to come down to Earth and see that not everybody is rich.
I love this local corner cafe. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The indoor space is cozy with lots of plants and Edison lighting to create ambiance. The outdoor space is recently upgraded, made larger with plenty of seating in sun or shade (when rainy Vancouver allows) and pooches as well as people are welcome.The coffee is strong, hot and fresh—just like my man. Food’s good too.
Cute neighbourhood coffee shop with lots of outdoor seating and fun paint colours. The shipping container parklet is great! Nice views of the water down Chesterfield as well. I haven’t been here in winter but it seems like there isn’t much space to sit inside, just one long table and a couple small ones tucked away in a corner far from the windows. Friendly staff and delicious scones - can’t wait for the new location to open on 15th soon!
