Coming here always replays my childhood memory, especially the mint chocolate chip flavor. Today was my birthday and once again I wanted to taste something that I know very well. Although Baskin-Robbins in Canada seems different from ones in Korea. But still, I love visiting here. I wish there would be more Baskin-Robbins franchise in Canada.
The cake on the website and real one differ so much.... unfortunately. I think you should show REAL PHOTO in advance... because your cake are not cheap and people count on you when preparing a holiday :( First photo below is a real cake, the second one from the website.
I was just at this location, I got one scoop of I cream and I had her add Oreo to is in a waffle cone.. She gives me not even a scoop and adds one spoon of Oreo and gives me a stale old cone.. I won’t be going back here ever again..
Very friendly staff and very good ice cream. I wish they had a location that was closer to main street though.
Nice, friendly service. Ice cream was tasty. Had a sundae and a single cone. Sundae was nicely prepared and my daughter really liked it. Located next to the ICBC Licensing Centre. Plentiful parking.
Fantastic dessert destination! The staff were polite and helpful. The selection of flavors was extensive. They even had three different chocolate choices to choose from - my go-to for ice cream. We will definitely be going again!
Be aware of duplicate charges on your credit card and a rude owner.I noticed duplicate charges from this place, so I made a phone call.The owner did not want to check for duplicate charge at the time, and told me that I had to come with the receipt and credit card to process the refund. I informed her it takes about 30min just to go there and asked if she could check but she did not care, and told me that I had to come.Later in the evening, I went to the store, and now she wanted me to come back again after seeing the receipt. The owner said she cannot check the transaction from the computer at the time. It was just wasting my gas and time. If she simply asked the receipt information in the beginning, I could save the trip. I felt like she did not want to waste her personal time just for the refund. Asking customer to make 30min trip twice (1hr round trip) for refund process is insane. This place used be my favorite ice cream place, but I would not waste my time again.The owner, Asian female woman always looked angry and rude; however, her son seems to be always nice to customers.BTW, if you have a duplicate charge, just dispute to your credit card company. The owner will not want to issue you the refund and take it as long as she wants.

The ice cream itself is alright, but there are better ice creams in Vancouver. I went there all the way from South Vancouver on my birthday with my friends as I read online that I would get a free birthday scoop. They said I must have a coupon, which I can get by signing up to their website, which I did and still haven't received a coupon. They won't attempt to guide me online to get the coupon, saying they don't know how to navigate the BR website. I said I came a long way and brought customers for them. They won't budge. They actually said they're used to declining disappointed clients coming from all over the Lower Mainland on their birthdays hoping for that free scoop. Wow.
Not much flavors available and taste is quite bland and average. Staff is nice though. Prices are okay.
