Came in this morning in need of my daily latte and having experienced many different cafes, I can easily say this place is one of the best places on the north shore for some great coffee.
Excellent coffee and barista (Dan). It’s always nice to come to Barrio when I want a cup of coffee when visiting the north shore. It really is a hidden gem. It is one of the very few places that offer delicious batch brew coffee (they usually serve beans on the lighter roast of which I love) unlike many cafes out there that serve medium to medium-dark (and on top of that, I often get burnt taste batch brew coffee regardless of the roast level). Anyway, love this place, I visit with my boyfriend on a regular basis. Oh and it’s a great place to get beans too.
Minimalist ambience, nice and affordable coffee, delicious cakes and cookies, and a lovely barista. Perfect combination for a sunny afternoon
Best coffee I've had in Canada. Reminds me of being back in Melbourne! The coffee perfect temperature, blended nice and the service is beyond friendly. Make this your weekly trip if not daily. Top coffee shop in Vancouver by far ♡

Lattes taste disgusted.. not cozy coffee shop to expensive for just warm milk tiny cup like $4.50 dollars. They called latte. :(
