Best bakery in big Vancouver! The only place with a European quality bread and great pastry
Best bread in North Shore guaranteed! Honestly, you won’t find better place with more tasty bread and nicer staff! Probably not the lowest prices, but considering the quality and origin of ingredients it’s reasonable.
Amazing flours for baking bread and baking in general. Their breads are also amazing and the treats are divine. Try the double baked brioche if they have some left!
Delicious sourdough loaf! I just wish they could cut it for you if requested, especially given the high price point.
I seldom right one star reviews. Yet I feel compelled in doing so due to the service I recieved . That being said, I work with hundreds of restaurants/cafes due to the nature of my business.Customer service / attitude is key when it comes to developing a following and customers coming back for more.I just wanted to try something since this was my first time there. Upon entry I tried being friendly / sparking a conversation. The woman at the front immediately told me they were sold out of bread (this was around 1pm). I didn’t know what I wanted (since I wanted sourdough) and immediately she said this is all we have left in a very dismissive you need to hurry up attitude.I was immediately taken aback by her demeanour/ and lack of caring. No recommendations. Just get up and leave. After purchasing a chocolate croissant she gave me a piece of something (sample). I asked her what it was and rather than taking a few seconds to explain she just pointed at a sign and said “the description is there.”If you wanted to do everything wrong when it came to a first experience here you go. I’m writing this in hopes that someone who reads this will take this to heart. First impressions are everything and this was probably the worst service I have had in a very long time.
Super charm to this authentic, local bakery with amazingly hard working staff. Just picked up their equally authentic Stollen for the holidays!! Outdoor seating.
Tough parking. Take out only. 10/10 sourdough.

Best olive bread I’ve had in a long time! A bit on the expansive side so not my go-to bakery, but definitely worth the money as a treat from time to time. The salted chocolate cookie was amazing, too!
I am not aware of a better loaf of sourdough in Greater Vancouver.
