Family business with delicious Greek food.Their hummus had just the right consistency. Their meat were well-seasoned and juicy, the veggies were flavored really well.I recommend their grilled octopus appetizer, it was served with generous portions with nicely crisped potatoes. One of the best Greek food in Vancouver!
What a beautiful restaurant. Such a great spot for Greek Food in Lower Mainland area as well.Staffs are very friendly. Taste of platters are so filling as you can guess. I definitely want to come back and try their other dishes!
Delicious food, good atmosphere and super busy. Patio space was very nice, and waiters are prompt and polite. I enjoyed the music and the live dancer. Lots of options for the menu, and it's all surprisingly filling. The four dishes we had were enough to fill 3 people, maybe 4 if you don't have a big stomach. The in house mixed drinks are very good, and tasty. I suggest the watermelon mint soda. I want to thank our waiter for being so patient and understanding, and so welcoming during our quick stay. Would live to visit again and have setting different from the menu. Cheers!
Great staff, great food and great atmosphere.From the moment we arrived, we felt very comfortable by the staff welcoming us and guiding us to our table. The atmosphere is very warm, the restaurant feels like "home" and has a very positive vibe.We had the Country Lamb (lamb shoulder) and it was delicious. I really enjoyed it.I highly recommend this place.
Great food, beautiful venue. I've sat inside and outside and I've been happy in both. I've been impressed with snack visits and full meal dinner adventures (this visit was lunch, outside) - I do recommend this place to people who are heading down Lonsdale.
Crazy awesome food. Staff is great, food comes fairly soon and nice and hot. Meat melts, potatoes are divine. Place is nice and cozy for an evening with friends. We tried multiple things because of a big group and devoured everything!
My family went here for dinner and we all love Greek and can be quite picky when it comes to the quality of our meals. Anatoli blew us away!We started with delicious appies, calamari, a dip taster and the chefs special octopus. Then we shared the dinner platter and the lamb was melt in your mouth incredible. To finish, not that we had room, we tried an authentic dessert with pistachios, thin pastry and whipping cream and even my picky step son dug in and wanted more. The servers were warm and welcoming and made us feel wanted and comfortable. Our server Britt told us all about the history of the building and the business and made a point to connect with my step son which was extra sweet.Thank you Anatoli Souvlaki for such a delicious meal and fun outing.
We made this reservation in advance as we were visiting in North Vancouver for a special occasion. We were very surprised at the narrow table spacing. Our table for two was an added in table right next to a table of four. The gentleman behind me and I were literally back to back. As the restaurant was full at that time they weren’t able to move us. The restaurant was incredibly noisy and it was difficult to have a conversation with my husband. We did like the tapas style dinner entrée options. The portion size was adequate and my moussaka was very flavorful. Our meals came quickly and were very warm. We found the wine menu quite expensive for what they were offering. It felt like a very rushed in an out dining experience and was not enjoyable. Perhaps a lunch experience might be a better option at this restaurant. With so many other restaurant options to choose from the Lonsdale area we won’t be returning and it’s not high on my recommendation list. On weekends be prepared for challenging parking.
Visited this place last night. They are not using the app to check vaccine cards. I might as well had shown them the a fake photo of a random person's vaccine card to get in! I did not feel comfortable eating there!
Went with my girlfriend and we agreed this was one of the best meals we've had this year! Our server Georgia was extremely pleasant and professional. Truly delicious, would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thanks for the great experience, I love you.
