I worked here for 3-4 months and very unprofessional restaurant ,i quit this job because it was hard for me to commute from surrey to north Vancouver, i worked for 15 days,then i quit,i waited for my check for 10 days and then i texted mona store manager for my pay,she blocked me, still its more than a month,didnt hear anything from her,its so unprofessional, i worked legally on my sin, so u just cant have my money,then i contact one of my co-worker to talk to her,she told her to mind her own busienss,very bad atmosphere for employees,thats the reason they dont have people to work,i travelled 5 hours everyday to work there for just 4 hour shift ,still she blocked me from everywhere,i dont need my money you can keep it but this is not the way you can run your store in long run,employees are equally important as customers.
Food and services are good. if you want to use the drive thru make sure you dont have a big truck.
Worth A&W. Very very slow, very unprofessional. After a long wait to place my order(no one in front of me)I had to wait for almost 10 min to have the fries ready but the chicken tenders were already there and got cold.I have been here twice within 2 month and experience was the same.
Amazing service and prices! Compared to the other location I used to frequent, the prices are better and food is good! The only issue I found was the service time initially, however it's understandable as there were new staff, but they improved and I haven't had an issue since!
They are under staff. The lady is by herself. She is doing the best she can. Why don't they hire more ppl?
Ever since new staff took over, I’ve received excellent service. Cashiers are polite and food is amazing! There have been times where it took a bit longer than usual to get my order but I can understand due to the long line up and lunch rush hour. A regular go to!
A mobile order for a regular black coffee has taken 30 min....and still no coffee!Checked with them 3 time and finally got a half empty cup......
I use to go here every morning. Than I noticed a staff change. And quality has considerably gone down. It’s unfortunate. I hope they don’t wreck this franchise at this location. Capilano mall needs passionate people who care about where they work. Not to take advantage of a reputable brand to cut corners to make an extra buck. Think about it before you lose all the customers.
What they call srambled eggs there looks suspiciously like an omelette.Otherwise, their breakfasts are pretty decent.
I was their yesterday for lunch , they make so delicious lettuce wrap and planet bass chicken nuggets, every one should try yum yum
