A&W has always been our go to for family breakfast place during family trips. This experience has changed this for us forever. We ordered two combos and two hash browns and two sausage eggers. What we got was two plain muffin top instead the sandwiches. We never got the hash brown we paid for. We only found out after we drove back to the hotel. When we called them, they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and for charging us for products they didn’t even give us. We provided them the order number so they could work on coaching their staff, the person that answered the phone did not care at all. Worst experience ever in fast food.
Disappointed in the new burger. Boring and not juicy at all. Not cheap either so I had high hopes for this burger. Still like the option of eating grass fed prime beef and I would pay more if the product was delicious.
I've never gone wrong with one of their mozzarella burgers. They're alway perfect. I'd add a pic but it's long gone.
Worst Place to Visit for food A&W at 1520 Main StNorth Vancouver worst Customer Service Quality and a total failed ownership and Management never ever I will visit again or recommend anyone to go there as it’s not only the Place is Uncomfortable but a very unprofessional staff
The food is great, but the manager was very rude. He took my debit card without my consent while trying to order through the drive through. Not the way to treat customers!
I often stop here when I am out cycling for the day.
I ordered the all Canadian with white toast ketchup salt and pepper was told to pull over to spot 2 after waiting 12 minutes to get my food looked in bag no ketchup no salt and pepper sad some thing to the person that gave me my food and got a blank look as they walked a way I had to get out of my car to go get it. Then I drove a way opened the food container to find out my white toast was barely worm bread.
I love A&W. Food is good and quality. However I go to a restaurant to get the root beer in a cold mug and it was given to me in a cup. For that reason I've given it one less start. Awesome a bit of an old-timer and think they need to bring back The whistle Dog
I have tried Jalapeno beyond burger last week. This is just awesome and the customer service is so good. I would really like to visit the place again?
Best A&W in Vancouver!But my burger missing cheese...I ordered cheddar bacon nucle burger and told them no pickle and bacon... missing cheese?Anyway food and service was really good!I will visit again!
