White Spot is one of my favourite places to go for the nostalgia, but I’ve been disappointed a couple times now by this particular location. Tonight in particular, my partner and I ordered food and we were missing our sides. On top of that, our skip driver took 35 minutes to drop it off, spending 20 minutes delivering something else at another location? I know delivery isn’t White Spot’s fault, but receiving a lukewarm milkshake, 2 pies and cold food was no fun! Hoping that things turn around at this location.
This was my first time having the breakfast at White Spot. Service was prompt and friendly and the cheesesteak hash I had was really good! Recommend getting eggs poached soft and sourdough toast. Orange juice was good too!I will be back to try their other breakfast offerings.
Short staffed? Solid hour to get through lunch that didn't qualify for Happy Hour discounts. Abnormally small portions of tasty food (bacon pierogies, lamb burger, Caesar salad and Earl Grey tea $36.19)
Good fish and chips, and a good looking menu. Perfect to take the kids to and the rest of the family. The pirate packs for kids are the best. Better than a happy meal.
Went in and had the double double.pretty good burger.Better than the last time I had one several years ago ,that one tasted and looked pre made and was flavorless. This one wasn't. The coleslaw is still bland but that's just me who prefers a more pronounced flavor. Those fries were great and the presentation was much better than years previous.My server was very nice and diligent in her tasks. Overall, this exceeded my expectations. The last I went to a white spot at least 5 years ago ( and not this one ) the service was bad and my burger was bland and my fries cold and mushy feeling. Not this time!I'll be going back for sure.
Went in for solo breakfast. Food was good, service was too in spite of seeming a little understaffed for the number of customers. The noise level was fine for eating and reading in peace. Coffee flowed freely, even after my empty plate was taken away.
Best place for breakfast in New Westminster. Their smash potatoes are amazing. Love that they will have breakfast cooked and ready for takeout in 15 minutes. If you want a meatless breakfast or want to pay with a gift card you have to phone in your order. No problem as they answer right away.
Me and my friend had lunch today and we both ordered the Shepards pie ? but there was not enough meat and the bottom was just broth. So we complain to the waitress but she said well they've never gotten complaints before. Then we complain to the manager and he said there's nothing that he can do about it and it's a recipe from head office. If you're looking to eat at an old folks home cafeteria with no proper service management then maybe this is the right restaurant for you.
One of the best White spot I visited. Great service great food as usual. A must try CBC, steak is way too good. I also got the fish and chips, one can never go wrong with classics. White spot at new west never disappoints me. New manger is amazing very friendly service.
Best service with amazing food. We tried the new menu… loved it. The Carolina BBQ Burger is a must have. Staff is very friendly, manger is very polite and fun loving.
