I personally find this place very convenient to get to by location when in New Westminster, BC and the staff here have been so friendly. Free WiFi was good plus for me too ??
Cheesecake was really delicious and so dense. I love the texture and the whole strawberry on the top went really well with the flavor of cheesecake. It is pretty similar with the one in costco but if you are looking for a small one, this is great
I highly recommend this branch in New Westminster uptown. The staff has fantastic teamwork. Exceptionally, always clean and comfortable inside. Jieun is an excellent staff:) If you plan to visit New Westminster, BC, please come by for a cup of coffee with beautiful sunshine. ☕????
This place is a favourite of mine in Uptown New Westminster. Friendly staff, good selection of coffee and teas and delicious snacks.
They serve excellent coffee but there is a coven of witches that work there who decide who they are going to be friendly to and give the cold shoulder to those who dont hit the mark. There was a young guy who worked there who was great and friendly but the women didnt seem to want our business. Cold attitudes and unwillingness to be helpful. I feel bad for the young man who works there, if he still works there that is. They have lost our business which in these times can lead to a business closing. No wonder Starbucks leads the pack even though Waves actually makes better drinks.
I picked up my birthday drink. Staff members are friendly and they are attentive. I will definitely go back again.
I really like this place, I stop here often, the staff is always friendly. The coffee and tea are always great, made quickly and properly.
Best coffee place ever! The batista, Lex, was very friendly and patient since I didn't know how to order. They really do have great coffee and the best atmosphere!
Really love their spinach feta pastry which I always get from this location! Today I got a Waves sized Belgian iced mocha with dark chocolate. I asked for whipped cream and I think it’s mixed into my drink; I was expecting it to be topped. Drink too longer than expected as it was busy during weekday breakfast time
Nice and bright Waves location in New West. It’s spacious and has both indoor and patio dining areas. The iced drinks we got were yummy and the service from the guy at the till was great. The drink took a little long but I think there was a trainee and it was a hot day so they may have been backed up with orders.This is a convenient location when you’re strolling along downtown New West. With a corner spot like theirs, you can enjoy people watching from your seat! We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in New West.
