It was first time in there since I have moved back to New west over two years ago. The place has changed and it is now better. The bartenders I had tonight in Gabby and Jenn were the best especially when it was busy for karaoke night. It was fun to sing and be their for that night and it brought the atmosphere of the place into a great mood on this loving long weekend. Prices for drinks were on par with everything thay has been happening in the world bit still a good deal out their. Will definitely be coming back to see Gabby and Jenn once more
Went here with some friends for a burger and a couple drinks. The burger was large and everything was delicious. Their fries were very good as well. Our server Jen was great, checked up on us a number of times and kept our drinks filled up. Food and drinks arrived quickly. Overall it was a great experience and we will be coming back soon!
Ordered through Door Dash the Yorkshire dinner and beef dip. Both dishes the beef tasted extremely freezer burnt. The taste coming through the gravy and roast beef. This meat must have been sitting in the freezer for a long time.Definitely will not be ordering from here again knowing everything comes from the freezer.
Horrible experience. Our server was so rude and disinterested. The food was stale and the drinks were not good as well. I won't recommend it.
I love going here when the right waitress is working. Our first experience here we had this lovely happy lady greet us and joke with us. She was very welcoming. The food was amazing, its been so hard to find good food in this area but omg we have finally found the place. The only downside is a certain waitress makes us feel like we shouldn't come here. She never looks at us.I usually don't fault a waitress when she's outnumbered but this one just hates us for some reason. At least that's my impression. One day I figured she was too busy looking at the ceiling that I just came up and asked for everything we needed, menu, food, she at least served us drinks early but I was starving. When it came time to pay she was talking to the bartender and I went up again to pay for the meal. She said something to the bartender then passed infront of me without looking at me at all. I didn't know what was happening and the bartender brought me my bill.Seriously why does that waitress hate us? I think we are just going to pop our heads in to see whose serving tables to judge if we should even bother coming in.
This is a great pub! The serving staff and the doorman, Marcus, are all wonderful! They have good live music and the food is delicious! Highly Recommended!
Very pleased with my afternoon out with my friends from school. Graduating class of 1969. Eighteen of us took over a corner of the pub and had a blast. The food was delicious, the orders were correct, Whitney our server was wonderful. She remembered all the little quirks of every order. Did I mention that the food was delicious? Prices were in norm for what is happening these days in May 2022. I’ll definitely be back and bring my friends. Thanks to the Union Jack Pub. Love Lyn
Union Jack is a great pub! They have live bands and delicious food! The staff is AMAZING! They are super friendly and welcoming. The doorman, Marcus, is excellent at making sure everyone respects the rules. This is one of my favourite places to go out, relax, hear some music, eat some great food and have a wonderful time!
Really enjoyed our visit here, had a great feel to it and the food and atmosphere were awesome, plus the Yorkshire pudding was on special and you can't beat that, check the photo ?
The best kitchen of the several pubs in the area. I have tried them all. More diverse selection of styles of beer than most of the areas pubs also. Staff are really pleasant.
